pool and my period
ok i kno your not supposed to go swimming if you hav a heavy period....but its not that bad and i want to try and wear a tampon if it is too heavy...wut i wanna kno is if it hurts wen your wearing a tampon? im always afraid of putting stuff up there becuz i think it will hurt....does it??
please help my friend is coming over tomorrow and i want to go swimming....i rate high!

It wont hurt if you put it in all the way. Dont be afraid, just read the instructions if you do not know how to insert it. Make sure to relax. and make sure its in all the way, or it will kind of hurt when you sit down.

im not really into tampons myself, but the first couple times are probably a struggle. you get used to it though. tampons are definately better for swimming.

No, it does not it hurt when wearing a tampon. You'll only feel pain if you insert the tampon the wrong way. If you just read the instructions in the box, you'll be fine.

Don't worry about it. It won't hurt at all. If you don't insert it in the right way then you'll just feel discomfort. If that happens just replace it with another tampon and try again.

It only hurts if you haven't inserted it correctly. If you relax and do it properly then it wont hurt, if it does then you'll know it isn't in right.
