I just started a xanga, and I am really confused about how to put music in there and icons and all the different layouts... if u can help me at all, please do.

ok have 2 internet windows open when you do this. in 1, open your "look and feel" change the color selection to "trasparent or white". then in the other page, look for layouts you like (they should open in a new page.. try redchevylayouts_x3) then when you find out you want to use, copy the code into your "webstats". then preview it, see if you like it, then save changes. that will bring you back to your "look and feel" for music, go to the window where you got the layout and either pick one off of that site or try user music_galore (look it up in the search bar.) pick a song you like, the right click the code, go to "properties" and copy the URL. then, paste that URL into your "look and feel" where it says "music" then check the "loop music" option. hope this helps! please rate 5 it took forever to do this!!

ok im 14/f i weigh about 135 and im 5 4" i think im fat like seriosly can someone please tell me like a diet to go on or somthing like a website i can go to cuz i belong to a gym but it isnt open yet and i just wanted to know because i want to try and find the best diet to go on starting august 1st so i can lose some weight before school starts thanks

there it is. if you really wanna get in shape or just stay the same size, not only watch what you eat...smaller portions, no junk food stuff and having everything in moderation, try some cardio, running and normal streghth building excersizes like sit ups and push ups. hope this helps!

forever 21 and charlotte russe have some good stuff like jeans and awesome tops. kohls has all kinds of sales all the time and you could get some cute stuff there too. if you dont mind lookin around for good stuff, tjmaxx has a lot of variety of stuff. oh, and everynow and then you can find great priced jeans (better price than cheap stores) at american eagle so check it out at the end of the season. if thats not your style, try platos closet for gently used jeans.
makeup...pink works on everyone. im convinced that its the best color ever hehe you could try a bown/gold shimmery eyeshadow too.

I've got really long hair and I love it! The only thing is that I only wear it down. I want to tie it up in ponytails and stuff, but i can't 'cause of a huge problem. The thing is that I've got hair around the upper chin area, and it's really ugly and it shows everytime i put my hair up & it's really embarassing... I don't wanna try waxing it 'cause im afraid it'll grow thicker and more and i might end up having a beard. *ew* Any suggestions?!?! I'm tired of leaving my hair down. Please help... =(

well istead of removing the extra hair, try bleaching with the sally hansen stuff then you can put your hair however you want! hope this helps!

You know how in Xanga for the music drop down lists you have the buttons for play pause and stop? what are some cool things to replace those? I'd like them to be punk or rockish kinda thing u know? thanks!

um try "rave" for play, "hold it" for pause, && "shut up" for stop.

ok, this might seem a bit confuseing but here it goes. Ok me and this guy Brian and his mom and my mom were hanging out by the pool. Brian is 17 by the way. When we first got there Brian asked me how old i was. And I told him i was 13. Then after a while of talking and swimming. He comes and sits beside me while our moms are gone to get something to eat. Right out of nowhere he says " Well what do u think about me?" Then I got so imbarassed and told him what I thought. He kept going on and on and on about how he would kick his youger sisters ass if she botherd me ( who is in my grade). Then after a few minutes he comes and sits beside me again and says " You know what?" " I can spoil you." I looked at him and said " Oh yea, I bet you can" Then he goes " I can give you a missage and that will spoil you." I loked at him funny and said " I don't think so "

hmm that is a bit confusing. i think he is interested but not for the reasons you want him to be interested for. but thats just from the one quote from him i have... the massage thing. you are a bit young and he could take advantage of you so careful but i do think he likes you. hpe this helps!

My hair is long and somewhat layered and pretty straight but sometimes wavy. And it is brown. I was wondering if anyone had an idea for a new cut for me for school starting? I am going to be a sophomore and I don't like to do a lot of styling. I also want to keep it long. Pictures would be good too.

lucky you! perfect hair...ok get more definate layers and maybe some kind of long bangs that frame your face. i think thats a pretty easy cut to manage. lets see if i can find a pic...

well it depends, what size are you now? i mean if your skin and bones but have wide bony hips, theres no way you can do that. if you just want to get thinner then excersize and eat smaller portions.

when you run, where do you loose weight? just all over your body or is it in specific areas? i've heard you loose weight in your stomach, thihgs, butt, and love handles! is that right?

well i used to run a ton and do sit ups too and i lost a bit around the mid section. it tones your butt a bit too. i dont know about sheding pounds all over tho...didnt happen to me! well hope this helps && happy running!

There's a guy who in 6th grade-- long time ago, he liked me and he told me so, but I never really thought of him that way... but now, that he's grown up a lot, he's still got a great personality, and just because I told him I did not feel for him, we were still friends and all. And we go to different schools now, so I have only seen him once since 6th grade and he's really hott now. We won't be in the same school for another year and I don't want to lose him! I'm so confused... should I wait til a year or should I do something now? I haven't kept in touch so I think it would be kinda weird for me to just call him or something outa the blue after a year of not seeing him.

that happened to me too!! well if he has a sn or cell number you should call him and ask him to hang out or go somewhere with you since youre still friends and all. then later after having some time to yourselves, tell him how you feel so it not out of the blue. hope this helps!

Hey i play sports and dont get me wrogn I love playing them and wouldnt want to quit...but iam kinda a tom boy so how can i become more girly??

instead of wearing gym shoes, wear flip flops. wear jeans instead of gym shorts && wear more fitted tops...being an athlete myself, i know how tempting it is to get huge champ tshirts and wear them all the time! wear some jewelry too. if you have any super girly friends, im sure they would be more than willing to help you pick out girly stuff! hope this helps!!

well you can mix and match peices you already have to create a new look. dig in mom's closet and find some vintage accessories she might not have gotten rid of yet, have a swap with friends or make your own clothes or cut some up for a different look. accessorize! add random jewelry too! if you want, get a haircut or try colors with it. let me know if you need more ideas!

hey im looking for like some cool accesories for my room ..its a medium sized room and the walls are a lightblue color [which i cannot change because we just painted them a year ago] i have a white comforter and my furniture is like a dark oak color ..my mom and i went looking around for accesories at bed, bath, and beyond and also at target and we couldnt really find anything good ..does anybody know any websites or stores where i can find cool accesories for my room? thanks ..i rate high [=

well i dont know how much you are willing to spend on this whole thing... try pbteen.com for some cute pillows. if you dont mind doing so, you could sorta tie dye your white comforter and add some sheer window treatments. walmart...i was there today for school stuff && they have some realllllyyyy cute bed sets!! they have fuzzy and silky for all kinds of things and they werent too expensive either. try some of the rugs they have. if you have any old furniture, paint it so it matches the rest of your room. hope this helps and let me know if you need any more decorating ideas!!

okay, so my soccer team is having a pool party and the boys team will be there too (varsity, jv, and freshman teams for both the girls and guys) and its on the 7th. i'd like to get in the pool, or atleast in my bathing suit, but i shaved everywhere down there one time and i got really bad razor burn and it itched and was so irritating for ever! my mom and i dont have that kid of relationship where i can just be like "hey i'd like a bikin wax take me to get one please" and i dont know of anyone who could take me to get one, so how i could i "clean up" down there and get rid of some hair on the edges so it wont stick out when i'm swimming? thanks for any help you're able to give. 14/f

try a dipilatory like nair for the edges or shave.
for shaving, clean, sharp razor && cream or soap are needed. shave the direction the hair grows or 2 the side if parts get dificult. put on after shave lotion.
for the dipilatory, you might want to patch test it before you do the whole area. then follow the instrutions, hop in the shower and rinse it off.
if none of those sound good, get boy shorts bottoms or somthing that covers a bit more. good luck && i hope this helps!!
