when you run, where do you loose weight? just all over your body or is it in specific areas? i've heard you loose weight in your stomach, thihgs, butt, and love handles! is that right?

Where you lose weight will depend on your body composition. If you're consistent with healthy eating and exercise you will show improvements over your entire body!

That is what my mom tells me!! I told her i wanted to lose weight all over, she told me to start running because it helps all over!! hope i helped!!

ya its right, but if you really want to work out your thighs, you should do mountain climbers, because they really work, and if you really wana work out your stomach, then you should do a lot of situps. please rate me!

Yes thats right! That is where you mostly loose all your weight! && if you run you shoud also work out those certain areas b/c if you do that it will give them a nice tone! && then you'll look really hott! I guarantee you ! Good luck!

well i used to run a ton and do sit ups too and i lost a bit around the mid section. it tones your butt a bit too. i dont know about sheding pounds all over tho...didnt happen to me! well hope this helps && happy running! <3

running is a good cardio exercise, and will work your heart more than anything. but yes, the more noticeable changes will be in toning your legs, butt and your stomach.
