when you run, where do you loose weight? just all over your body or is it in specific areas? i've heard you loose weight in your stomach, thihgs, butt, and love handles! is that right?
orphans answered Thursday July 28 2005, 12:45 am: ya its right, but if you really want to work out your thighs, you should do mountain climbers, because they really work, and if you really wana work out your stomach, then you should do a lot of situps. please rate me!
