ok im 14/f i weigh about 135 and im 5 4" i think im fat like seriosly can someone please tell me like a diet to go on or somthing like a website i can go to cuz i belong to a gym but it isnt open yet and i just wanted to know because i want to try and find the best diet to go on starting august 1st so i can lose some weight before school starts thanks

there it is. if you really wanna get in shape or just stay the same size, not only watch what you eat...smaller portions, no junk food stuff and having everything in moderation, try some cardio, running and normal streghth building excersizes like sit ups and push ups. hope this helps! <3 ]
