can someone please tell me some cheap stores that i can get really cute clothes from?!? especially jeans! and what kind of make-up should i wear i have lite brown/dark blonde hair and blue eyes thanks

go to charlotte russe, forever 21, and even stores like target and kohls. they might not sound all that great but they can have some pretty cute stuff. also, go to stores like hollister and american eagle, if you look around, you will find tees, shorts and stuff like that on sale. and about the makeup question.. if your eyes are small, then use eyeshadow that you make your eyes seem bigger.. colors like light pink or white are good. if your eyes are just a normal size, eyeliner and eye shadow that matches your clothes would look pretty cute. whatever you do, just don't over do it. there's nothing worse than a girl with a cake face.

i just recently started shopping at forever 21, their clothes are fairly cheap, and soo cute!! and i also have light brown ahir and blue eyes... i wear like beige colors on the top of my eyelid, and then for the inside, like where the bridge of your nose is i use a pearly white kinda color... you only use like ur pinky to put it there... but it really brings out the blueish color of your eyes, and then eyeliner i wear revlon (brown) and put it on the bottom of my eye... but not on the inside bc it makes it look a lot smaller... put it on the outside and stop in the middle of your eye then sorta blend it with the beige color you use on top... and i use liquid eyeliner on top, but a lot of people find it hard to use... so i recomend using the pencil and going lightly around the top part...then any mascara works good... hope i helped...

forever 21 and charlotte russe have some good stuff like jeans and awesome tops. kohls has all kinds of sales all the time and you could get some cute stuff there too. if you dont mind lookin around for good stuff, tjmaxx has a lot of variety of stuff. oh, and everynow and then you can find great priced jeans (better price than cheap stores) at american eagle so check it out at the end of the season. if thats not your style, try platos closet for gently used jeans.
makeup...pink works on everyone. im convinced that its the best color ever hehe you could try a bown/gold shimmery eyeshadow too.
