Try a new hair style and new makeup. also try dressing up your old clothes with rinestones or something dif. also check out places like tj maxx and gabes that sell really cheap clothes that are pretty nice that dont hurt your budget

You dont have to go out and buy tons of new clothes to have a new look. Mix some peaces with some of the new stuff. Buy more accesoires. Bold accesories, bigger purses are in right now. Sparkly shoes. Just things like that. You can buy a lot of cute stuff for less money. Cute jean skirts, polo shirts! Just create your own outfits && dont always match your colors and stuff because then its just like blahh.. lol

It's pretty hard to get a brand new look without spending any money. If you really want a new look that badly, just spend the money. You'll be glad you did.

well you can mix and match peices you already have to create a new look. dig in mom's closet and find some vintage accessories she might not have gotten rid of yet, have a swap with friends or make your own clothes or cut some up for a different look. accessorize! add random jewelry too! if you want, get a haircut or try colors with it. let me know if you need more ideas! <3
