Q: okay i've cheered 2 seasons already, but i was wondering how to get my jumps higher & better for this season(starts in 2 weeks)..and if any cheerleaders on here have any tips for doing better on anything else?..mainly i need to know how to better my jumps and higher them

OKay im not a cheerleader but i know alot To get your jumps higher practice on a tramp and then on the ground orfor russians just prsactice them more often Umm for pikes those are hard soo try them on the tramp first then on ground and herkeys Just practice more ...Like go herkey russian pike and repeat over and over... Its hard to explain on gettign ur jumps higher soo just practice and push urself to higher levels

Q: I have really short nails.. i get really nervous and so i bite them. i want to grow them out for school but dont know how because i will end up biting them so does any one know how i can stop. and grow them out. thanks i rate 5's for good answers.

i use to bite my nails when i was like 10 b4 but is topp ed bye Spraying like ahir spray or sumthin that taste bad but does not irrtate me on my nails and when ever i would go to bite them it would taste bad and i would stop or you could use the clear nail polish and put iton daily an dit keeps your nails healthy and makes them grow.. But if your nails dont grow before school try Fake nails out I hope i helped

Q: i've been dating this high soceity broad for about twelve years. the other weekend, i finally met her parents for the first time. they were nice old timers, a little mad that we havent tied the knot yet, but polite enough to me anyways. the point is, i was at the dinner table in their *HUGE* home, and, being the lower-class truck driver i am, i had my elbows on the table while eating. her parents, sticklers for etiquette, were appalled that their daughter would date someone like me and forced her to break up with me. i think this is stupid. i left the house that night and havent seen her since. should i get back with her, even though her parents kicked me out of their house for talking with food in my mouth? what should i do?

i think You should follow your heart if you really love her than go back to her and if she loves you for you than shell come back to you If she doesnt wnat you anymore cuz of her stuk up parents than You should forget her because shes just not being herself and is being stuck up to and go find a nicer girl that likes you for you But if you guys do end up getting back togther just dont goo see her parents again... ;) Good Luck to you I hope i helped

Q: there is this guy at my school that i like,. we really don't know each other that well b/c we don't hang out at all. how do i get the nerve to ask him if he wants to hang out with me if i'm to shy to say anything other than hello? b/c i think he should have the right to know how i feel.

Take a night before you go to bed and write him a note spilling all your fealings out and asking him to hang out and all that jazz. But make sure you tell him to write back or give him your number..Then the next ay have one of your or uyou can do ti yourself and give him the note..

Q: I recently came back from a camping weekend, and ever since then I've had a horrible rash all over my face and neck. It's red, blotchy and REALLY REALLY ITCHY!! I know it's an allergic reaction to something (I am allergic to EVERYTHING!) but it's not going down like my other reactions do. I've taken Benadryl allergy tablets and I've also put on some Eucerin moisturising cream because that usually works, but it's not having any effect!! plus I've got to be at work on Saturday and I don't want to go in looking like this! Please can anyone suggest anything I can do to make it better??? Or can someone give me an idea of what I can do to cover it up??

call your doctor and he can tell u wuts rong and also give u a presxcrpition and if it doesnt wear off when its itme to work try the lquid cover up or play sick :-)

Q: ok there is this guy and we went out befor but he cheeted on me and broke my heart but now he is saying he is sorry and that he still has feelings for me and i dont kno what to do cuz i also still like him but i dont want to get hurt......and i am also a cutter and last time we went out i cut alot cuz of what i was hearing about him and stuff...... but i think he has changed and he tells me how soory he was and that he owes me for what he put me though....what should i do? should i trust him again> or should we just be friends?

Follow your heart...If you think its safe to go out with him to where u dont have to cut than do it but this time dont get really close untill u feel Comfortable around him...But if not Just be friends he should undersatnd if he really likes you...

Q: alright hey my brother is getting married and he did not want a big big wedding i don't know why but he did not...so after the wedding like the next weekend they are have a cookout with like EVERYONE they know!! adn everyone says their going to wear like a skirt or a dress or something fancy or something and there is going to be an inground swimming pool to. and i was woundering dose anyone know what i should wear??

i think you should wear your dressy outfit that fits you best and then bring your babtheing suit in a seprate bag

first you should figure out if she wants to kiss to cuz gettoing rejected is hard.....And if she does i recemnd a private place where it can mean more....
