MissAverageGirl answered Wednesday July 27 2005, 10:05 pm: not in a week not, at least not if you're going to go about it the right way.
you can see a noticeable difference though if you start to eat right... more heathily and get the right balance of each food group in your diet.
this alongside exercise every day such as running will definatly help get you to that smaller size, though it will take a little longer than a week.
hope it helps
feel free to get in touch if you need anything else

Razhie answered Wednesday July 27 2005, 10:01 pm: No healthy way. I'm sorries but that goal is just unrealistic, not even the celeberties with personal trainers, and specialized doctors can drop sizes that quickly.
Whatever you do, don't starve yourself. You'll only gain wieght as your body goes into starvation mode. The better idea is to get lots of exercise, like 2 hours a day worth, eat only natural healthy foods, and drink lots of water. You probably wont shrink two sizes, but you will see a noticable difference in about 7 to 10 days. [ Razhie's advice column | Ask Razhie A Question ]

JustAskAlli answered Wednesday July 27 2005, 9:57 pm: Probably not. At least not in a healthy way. You can lose weight though by cutting back or even stop drinking soda, and drink as much water as you can. Some good exercises are Pushups, Leglifts, Sit-ups, Jogging, Running, & Swimming. You can lose a lot of weight doing this. I gurantee it. = ] Good luck & Take Care.
