well how long do you stay in there? i would say go every other day..not everyday thats so bad for you and when you get a good tan go less often..do it too much you could get skin cancer

When you first start tanning you should go every other day or every 3 days. NEVER go everyday. I don't think they'll let you anyways. Then once you get a good tan you can start going less often. :-)

Truthfully, I don't think you should go at all because it's gross and causes cancer. I think if you really want a tan, just go outside for a while. So I don't really know how often you "should" go, but that's my opinion. I think you'll have to go to the place eventually and talk to them about it.

ncblondie answered Wednesday July 27 2005, 10:13 pm:
You can go daily but no more often than that. A lot depends on how fair-skinned you are. The salon I used to tan at wouldn't let me tan over a certain amount of time or more than twice a week since I'm really fair-skinned.

Every other day is best. If you went tonight, I would suggest waiting until at least tomorrow afternoon before going again.

Its really not healthy to go tanning but hey everyone does it anyways I would go every other day or every 2 days...if you go every day your skin skin will start to peel no matter what and make sure to use lotion esp. if you have dry skin! and You'll look sunkissed!
