since you're friends with both groups, they should believe you & let you have different groups of friends. maybe you can get all the groups together & hang out er something. if they're your true friends they'll stick with you no matter what.

im like really fat.... like you dont notice it THAT much like i dont LOOK huge but i weigh like 230 pounds.. im 13 and im 5'4... how can i lose this weight because i really want to.. should i just stick to diet pills because i think i cant work it off since its probably hereditary.. i got the jene and my twin didnt because hes really skinny.. but how can i get rid of it?

hmm that's only a lot since you're short & it probably is the gene. juss try healthy. pills won't work & it'll get worse in the long run. you want to be as healthy as possible with it.

-make sure you sleep 9-10 hrs
-eat a good sized breakfast, dont skip because if you dont eat breakfast your body goes into starvation mode & you either gain weight, er won't lose any because your body doesn't burn off calories then
-eat all 3 meals
-eat every 3 hrs because it helps your metabolism, but it has to be smaller snacks with water mostly. some examples would be fruits, veggies, crackers, etc.
-try to get some exercises in such as walking er a light jog. it doesn't have to be a lot. juss something. maybe 1-2 hrs depending on what you feel like.

you seem like a nice guy & it's very good that you're letting her have her relationship w/ her bf without you interferring. you need to give them time. i mean, you don't know that they'll be together for a long time, maybe she has feelings for you, but doesn't want to say anything since she has a bf. you're doing the right thing. she would've lost respect for you if you tried to break them up. you really need to look around a bit. im not saying you actually have to look for a gf, but juss keep an open mind. you might find something you aren't expecting. maybe you should juss let her know how you feel in a way that isn't disrespecting her bf er her. stay strong!!

Since I had to stop my all-star cheer squad last Dec. I`ve put on a few pounds. I eat 3 small but healthy meals a day, I do 200 crunches in the morning and night and I only drink about one soda a weekend. I still can't seem to lose that last inch or the last couple of pounds off my stomach.

.. anyone got any tips to lose em faster?

hmm i think you're doing too much. i have a little plan that isn't really fast, but works good. it's all about staying healthy, because since you're an athlete & duh everyone wants to be healthy, it'd be the right way to go.

-9-10 hrs of sleep a night, you're probably asking why, but trust me, it helps.
-eat a good sized breakfast. duh it can't be all donuts & cakes but it can be special k & toast er something like that. whatever you like, but good sized. there's studies that say if you don't eat breakfast, your body goes into starvation mode causing you to gain weight, er not burn off any calories.
-eat all 3 meals, good proportioned
-eat every 3 hours, but the trick is that you have to eat healthy like fruits, veggies, crackers, etc.
-exercise about 1-2 hrs a day. it could be jogging/running, playing basketball, swimming, doing 100 crunches, etc. it doesn't have to be difficult er anything. light is good too.

Alright, I usually never do anything with my hair but wear it in pig tails, pony tails, straightened, or just flat. But tomorrow I was thinking about wearing a messy bun.

I'm not sure how to do it perfect, because I've tried just putting my hair in a regular bun and messing with it a bit to give it the "messy" look, is there something more to it? Am I not doing it right? Lol, please help. Thanks.

im a master at the messy bun! lol the whole trick of it to go natural. ok make sure it hair tye is a good size so you can go around 3 er 4 times, if you kno what i mean. then do it like a regular pony tail until you're about to do the last loop. then dont pull ur hair all the way through, stop so its a bun and then there should be remaining hair sticking out've it. pull that so its above it and move it around however you want.

well if he is semi with a girl i dont think you should get into that. if you were in her position, you probably wouldn't feel that great. i think you should sit down & talk to him about it. let him know how you feel & talk about it. if he totally breaks up with her er w/e, then go for it. dont be jealous of your friend and his friend, because you guys can probably have that too. when your friend said that you arent the long term type, she probably means you're more into short relationships & not ones with committments. idk if shes right er not but that is basically what it means.

a ceramic iron is a hair straightner except the plates on it are ceramic. i have one, & some are more expensive but mine was only like 20$ at the least & it works really well.

I was the one who wrote about my best friend carly. well something bad happened. It all started yesterday when we were chatting online. Her ex came on and he told her that he liked me and then she told me. I was like why does he like me and she told me to ask him myself. well i didn't want to because I know what she went through with him and besides she doesn't like when her friends date her exs. well she told me that he wanted to talk to me and she said I should talk to him so I was like okay. well we started talking and then carly got offline. well like five minutes later she got back on so I started talking to her again. then she started freaking out on me and she told me to fuck off and stuff like that. I was like okay. I told her that if us talking was making her mad then I wouldn't talk to him but she just got offline. well I was still talking to her ex and she was talking to him and told him that she wasn't my friend and she hated me. he said he was going to talk to her which he did later on and she didn't seem like she was mad at me anymore. so this morning I called her and she hung up on me. so I called back again and she started screaming at me. I apologized for yesterday and I told her that I wasn't trying to go out with him or anything I was just excited that someone finally liked me but I didn't intend to hurt her and I told her that if talking to him was going to ruin our friendship that I wouldn't talk to him anymore. but she didn't really listen to me she just told me that she didn't want anything to do with me and that we weren't friends anymore. and then she hung up on me again. I don't want to lose her as my best friend and I am really depressed again but I don't know what to do since she won't talk to me. I feel empty and like I want to die without her, I know that is kind of weird but she has done so much for me and been there for me when noone else was. Pleas help me figure out what to do so that I won't lose her. I know that the fact that she is pregnant and all stressed out because of her bf has something to do with it but I want us to be best friends again. I will do whatever it takes so I don't lose her.

you seem like a really good friend & she does too, except she's probably upset at the fact that you even decided to talk to him. juss explain to her every thing you can. try not to let him get in the way, because he doesnt really seem worth it. it does seem like you want nothing to do with it though, which is good. being excited about that kind've thing is totally normal & she should understand that. if she's your true friend, she'll be friends with you again. juss talk to her & give her some time.

thats weird that he tells you he hates her but tells her he loves her. that isn't right. i think that you should tell her about it & have her talk to him, not you, because it really is her situation. give her input on what you think, & tell her to go talk to him about it. she should try with him for a bit, but if it doesn't seem to work then she should juss move on.

i crack my fingers all the time, stress er not. it isnt neccessarily about stress but it could be. its really your own habit. like for some ppl it could be because of stress, but for some its not, its juss a habit.

Ever since I was little my family has always gone to church. Now that I am a teenager and I have thought long and hard and researched about our faith... I have found that I don't believe in anything that our faith says to believe in. My parents don't know that. However I want to tell them that I don't want to go to church anymore and I have tried once to tell my dad that I think I am old enough to make my own decisions and he just shot back at me "I DON'T THINK YOU ARE"

So my question is how can I tell my parents that I don't want to go to church anymore?

i guess it is your parents decision, because you're living with them, but you should really find a religion you like. juss go with it now & try not to disrespect them. once you get older, pick a religion you believe in & enjoy. try talking to them about it. explain how you feel & you wanna be apart a religion youre happy with.

I was wondering if gatorade or water will make u less thirsty. ON the bottle of gatorade it says "gatorade is a smart choice because it rehydrates, replinshes, and refules in ways that water cant"....im not sur eif thats like jsut an advertisemnt thingy to get u to buy it and it has some catch or if it will help more sooo does ne one know?

gatorade doesnt usually. neither does water, but water is actually better than gatorade during sports. idk if you're referring to sports, but my coaches always tell me to drink water, because it rehydrates you better, but for some reason i get side stickers when i drink water, so i use gatorade & water. both are good, except gatorade should really be used for harder sports, like track & a lot more running. btw i play basketball.

Hi im 13/f and i have a BIG problem..... ok my boyfriend wants to have sex with me..... and i kept holding it off .. but now i have my period and i DONT want to do it... he got pissed and made up a rumor about me and him having sex.... well my parents found out and i was is big trouble.... ok now its like 1 yr l8ter and my periods are gettin bad and they are really uncomfortable.. so i found out that if i went on the pill they would be easiaer and i would have less of them.... but now how am i soppused to get them without my mom fnding out because i kno if i aske he she will automatticly assume that i would be having sex..... i live peretty far away from a store and i would need a ride....... ok how would i bring this up and how do i not make my mom freak out???

you should be honest with your boyfriend & tell him how you feel. dont have sex if you arent ready. a lot of people that i know had sex before marriage and totally regret it, plus its against their religion. no offense, but 13 is way young. you still have so much time & you probably wont be getting married until your at least 20. you dont wanna have sex & regret it the next day. you'd want to have sex on your honeymoon, w/ your husband, maybe fiance, but it should really be after marriage. you probably wont marry him anyway. it was wrong for him to make up the whole sex thing. what if he breaks up with you after? what if he tells everyone? it seems like he would do that & thats totally wrong. if you need pills, you need an adult to come with you, so like..a parent has to. juss explain to your mom that you want to be extra safe.

Yesterday one of the guys that lives in my appartment complex knocked on my door and asked me out. I told him that I had plans and he didn't look too happy.

First of all, I've always been told to never date a guy that lives in the same building as you because if it didnt work out it would be very awkward. Also, he's about 15 years older than me and I don't find him very attractive, he's bald with glasses and is really nerdy.

I've also heard from other people in the building that he can be a real jerk. One of my friends asked him once if the mail came and he told him to fuck off.

I've always been nice to him because I wanted everyone in the building to like me.
But now I don't know how to act.
I have no interest in him AT ALL.
The worst part is he lives only 3 appartments down the hallway from me, so we will always be running into each other.
What should I do?

if he keeps trying things juss tell him how you feel. dont lead him on er anything like that. itll get you in bad situations you dont want er need. that seems really annoying, but you're doing the right thing by telling him soon.
