gatorade I was wondering if gatorade or water will make u less thirsty. ON the bottle of gatorade it says "gatorade is a smart choice because it rehydrates, replinshes, and refules in ways that water cant"....im not sur eif thats like jsut an advertisemnt thingy to get u to buy it and it has some catch or if it will help more sooo does ne one know?

Well, Gatorage is filled with the same "things" as Those IV's that the hosipital sticks in your arm to get you rehydrated so it could work but say if you have been partying or drinking then Water is the way to go. ]
It really does quench your thirst. It also refils your elctrolytes so you shouldnt drink it ALLL the time. ]

Gatorade and other sports drinks are good if you have really sweat a lot and are dehydrated. Like when you play sports. It helps replace electrolytes you lose when you sweat. And you know, it only tastes good then in my opinion. Any other time it really hasn't much flavor to it.
For everyday use. Water is the best thing to drink. :)

gatorade puts back vitamins and minerals and sugars. water will help you too though! it depends on your needs!

Gatorade has electrolytes in it, which does do all of the things it says it does (replinish, refuel, ect). However, it usually makes you crash and burn later. Water is always the best choice when on hand, but if you want quicker results, go with the gatorade. ]
well they dont help if youre working out or sumthign but when your not it can but gatorde isnt as good as it claims to be ]
gatorade doesnt usually. neither does water, but water is actually better than gatorade during sports. idk if you're referring to sports, but my coaches always tell me to drink water, because it rehydrates you better, but for some reason i get side stickers when i drink water, so i use gatorade & water. both are good, except gatorade should really be used for harder sports, like track & a lot more running. btw i play basketball.
