I'm Christina, and I'm 27. I tend to be brutally honest when I give advice or an opinion. I don't tell people what they want to hear but rather what they need to hear. They don't always appreciate it at first, but I usually get a thank you in the end.

Okay, there is this girl at school named Julia. I always hang out with her and everyone always asks us " Do you go out" "Is that your girlfriend" all the time! We always say no were just good friends.

Well, she wants to be more than friends, and I dont.

I told her that I was seening another girl (Amanda), which I'm not, she just likes me and I like her.

Well I want to see how my relationship goes with Amanda, before I ask Julia out. But the only reason I would ever ask Julia out is because I wouldnt want to hurt her feelings.

But some idiotic, stupid girl told Julia that she will have to wait until I admit that I like Julia, and that she will have to wait until I hit second base. Thats so stupid, because she doesnt even know that I truly like her.

Also, there is this girl named Tamra who I like. She is as tall as me and that is really odd, because I am the tallest person in my grade.

Who should I go out with,because if anyone out there can help, please, Im just cluless, and I have alot more drama going on in my life! Who should I go out with?

PS. Please dont say tell Julia that I dont like her, because if you were in my shoes, there is a slim to none chance that you or I will have the guts to do that.

Out of the three, who do you really like? Do you like Tamra, Amanda or Julia?

If you really don't see Julia in that light, then you don't have to tell her, but don't make her think that you do. It's pretty bad to make a girl who likes you think you like her when you really don't. So you don't have to tell her, but don't lead her on either.

If you like Tamra, who cares how tall she is? Some girls are tall & can't help it. It's not a big deal. If you don't prefer tall girls, however, then you don't have to date her, but you can at least give it a chance & see what happens. Just because she's extremely tall doesn't mean she's not nice.

And as for Amanda, don't lie about going out with her if you're really not. It'll only backfire in your face & you'll have to prove it. If you're not dating someone, then be honest about it. Lies can spread just like fire, so it's best you don't say any & just be honest.

But honestly, this deicision is up to you. If you don't like Julia, don't ask her out. If you like Tamra but don't see it working out, then I'd try anyways & see what happens, and stop lying/leading people on. It's impolite.

15/f. Unlike most of the people in my academic classes, I work my ass off trying to get As and Bs. And usually I succeed at that. But to what extent? Getting 5-4 hours each night, not having ANY time to do ANYTHING on the weekends, and being a social outcast in my friends' eyes.

On the other hand; the majority of my peers don't do crap. They don't read. They don't study. They don't do homework. They don't care. They get out with Cs and Ds. Yet, it doesn't bother them.

How is this so? Am I doing something wrong? Is there some kind of change in the way teens are supposed to function or something? I heard doctors say that teens should get 7 hours of sleep. Yet I don't. And I really want to. I want to be able to just get Bs. Because I'm content with Bs.

Advice? :(

I don't think the way you do things is wrong, but I would try to tone it down a bit. You said you have no social life & that could hurt you. Good grades are important, but so is relaxing & having fun for a bit.

Try to chill out. Still work your hardest & do your best, but make time for friends & fun too. Life doesn't revolve around good grades.

Some of my friends recently think that I am going to turn anorexic soon, or that I am already. They say I need to eat more. I think I am eating plenty. Here is what i eat usually... for breakfast I usually eat a special K bar, then for lunch I eat like and apple or a kiwi or some kind of fruit, then for dinner I will eat like a half of a half of a hamburger sized peice of meat and a small side salad. Do you think that this is enough? I drink water or vitamine water normally. They keep worrying that I am going to pass out at practice or something. I am a dancer and am at practice for 5 hours a day, so they keep telling me I am not eating enough calories in a day. What is your oppinion on this? Am I really anorexic or and ok? Oh yeah and also i am 5'7" and about 105 pounds and am a girl. Is that a good weight?

You probably are going to pass out. You're not anorexic, but you really don't eat enough.

Start eating a full hamburger. Dancing takes lot of energy, especially when you do it for 5 hours a day. That's a dangerous weight for being that tall, actually. According to a BMI calculator, your BMI is 16.4 which is underweight. I would try to get to a BMI of 18.5 or maybe even 19 or 20. Just try to gain a few pounds because the way you eat could hurt you.

Ok so i cant do this high school thing i'm already missing tons of work and the thing is i was going to go to Craig this high school all my friends go to but instead my mom said were going to edgerton which is only a town away from craig and so i dont know many people here and i'm not that happy but then again i dont want to go to craig now because there is people there i relly dont wanna see till i do something (long story) so anyway me my sister and our friend betsy want to do this virtual home school thing online and i've thought of tons of reason why we should do home school but my parents wont listen and i think i'll be much happier doing home school so then i could probably get my work done and i probabaly wouldnt be so stressed so how can i get my parents to see home school is the best thing for me right now

You need to make a list of those reasons & give details to support them. Give reasons to reasons why you need to be homeschooled & why it's best. Maybe if you organize it & have it for them to look at, they might actually listen.

Begging will get you nowhere & that's why you haven't gotten very far.

Ask him why he loves you. You can ask him if he were to be a color, which color would he be & why, & ask him what he's really truthfully scared of. Ask him if he could spend a day with any person, dead or alive - who would it be & what would they do.

My friend LOVES my b/f, literally. She walks up him(while i am around) and pushes me over and says "Hi Zach-y" and flirts with him. I have told her MULTIPLE MULTIPLE times that she needs to stop. Okay. My parents MIGHT be getting a divorce. My Mother didn't tell me this my cousin did. I know your friend upset you, but you're not supposed to fight fire with fire. If you do that, you get the same thing you've delivered & asked for.

When you see your friend online or at school, IM him or talk to him. Tell him you're sorry for snapping at him but you're just aggravated with everything because this is new to you & you don't know how to handle it & that he should've took that into consideration.

But also, you need to take into consideration that if other kids can lead a normal life after their parents split, then maybe it's not so bad & you should chill out & not worry. Everything happens for a reason & if your parents do divorce then you need to accept it. Things will be different, but not everything works outs & there's things you've absolutely got no control over. That's what destiny is. Accept it.

I usually take time to myself to think & look around. Sometimes I'll take a walk & I'll usually find something that inspires me. Try that.

I do the same thing when I want to take pictures. I just take walks, clear my head & look around. =]

ok, sorry if this is kinda long. well, i dated this wonderful guy Alex for about 4 months and then he broke up w/ me.. he admitted he had cheated on me and that he didn't think it was right so he ended it. now, i'm dating one of my exes Brian and things are going pretty well but we've had quite a few fights. Alex wants to get back together and so do i.. but what do i about Brian? should i dump him to be with Alex again or stay with him? Please help me! Much appreciation!

You're willing to give some guy who cheated on you a second chance? I mean yes, he did take the decency to break up with you instead of leading you on & lying to you, but who's to stay he won't do it again.

my one friend, told my other friend sam that her boyfriend called her like fat. and so shes always had a low self-esteem. and i have no idea why sam would even tellh er that. and its not even true about my friend, shes tottaly average. i have no idea why her boyfriend called her fat. probably because sam said that she didnt think he was cute. but yeah. so now, sam wont eat. she hasnt eaten hardly anything. and all she does is mope around. and her grades are dropping. and i feel really bad. and i hate my friend and her boyfriend for doing this to her. i want to say something to my friend and her boyfriend. and i also wanna help my friend. but i dont know what to do.

Talk to your friend & her boyfriend while they're together. Ask what the fuck their problem is, why they did it & what they're going to do to fix it. Tell them to apologize. There's no reason to put someone down just because of something they say.

Talk to your friend Sam. Tell her not to listen to them & tell her that they don't know what the fuck they're talking about. Tell her that she's gorgeous [and of course, mean this or the effect is negative] & that she's not fat or ugly or whatever. Tell her a rude comment is no reason for her to stop eating or living her life.

Make sure she eats because if she keeps this up she'll develop an eating disorder which is very unhealthy. If they don't apologize, make sure she doesn't talk to either them until they do. And tell her to brush stuff like that all. She's the only person who can judge herself.

Don't listen to the person below me. You're never too old to have fun & trick or treat. I'm about to be 17 in February, and I will forever trick or treat.

Anyways, you can be a maid, a nurse, a cop, a school girl, a doctor, a disney princess...Check a Halloween store. They'll give you a ton of ideas.

If you want to be a school girl, you don't really need to buy a costume. Just buy a plaid skirt, some knee high socks, stillettos & a white button up that you can tie in the middle.

why do young teens ask for costumes that are sexy, yet not slutty?

aren't all the sexy costumes.. towards the slutty side anyway ? isn't it inappropriate to wear to school and to go trick or treating?

Just because a costume is sexy doesn't mean it's slutty. There can be costumes that don't show a lot that are sexy.

I don't really mind, you get certain questions during certain times of the year. Besides, we're here to help so as long as we do that, I think we're okay.

Besides; most girls use the costumes for MySpace, and some schools don't mind [I know mine doesn't] as long as it doesn't show too much. And honestly, Halloween is the one day you don't have to be yourself so a slutty costume is kind of alright.
