The problem I have is speaking in front of people. I get sweaty, nervous, my heart starts beating, and I just can't talk. How do I cure this? Is there a possible way to overcome it? Or am I stuck with it for life?

ok...so a lot of people have this problem...I used to but then once i got into highschool i was doing a lot more public speaking and i just got over it.
so mainly what people are worried about when publicly spekaing is the audience not accepting them. So when you write a speech or whatever, practice reading it outloud in front of a few a few times. Gain confidnce with your writing and then you will have more confidence when reading it to other people.
If that doesnt help...theres always that old trick...picturing the audience in their underwear.

as long as you have "in calling" on your plan...then you're fine. call any one you want who has verizon and talk as long as you want because it doesnt cost any thing or use your minutes.

i've had it a few times and the only thing it has done to my computer is send that link to all the poeple on my buddly list. but i have a bunch of virus protection stuff. so maybe it blocks it. its not true about uninstalling AIM. it just takes like 2 or 3 days to go away. it sucks but you just have to learn not to clikc on those links i guess lol

*she calls you just to say hi
*she always finds a way to be around you
*all of her friends know who you are becuase she talks about you a lot.
*she will get all embaressed if you say something cute

Dont be so worried for starters. Most guys arent goign to like completly ignore you or anything even if they do have girl freinds. so just talk to him about anything at all. maybe sports he plays or some thing, and jsut ask him, jsut be like "so do you have a girl friend?"

wash your face in the morning and at night. dont wear a lot of make up until then. basically keep your face clean as you can

well first of all im sure she cares for you. but the whole flirting with other guys jsut might her personality. like some people are jsut really freindly. im sure if you sit her down and make sure that she understands that it hurts you that she will stop.

well it wont make your boobs any bigger thats for sure. but since your wokring out a lot it helps keep weight off. and sometimes when u gain weight your boobs get bigger...so uhh i hope i helped/?

ok... my boyfriend and i broke up.... i wen to the place where my friends hang out..... he was stripping on a table.... my friends grabbed me and through me up next to him.. he was naked.. i was in my bra and undies. he kissed me then i punched him.. i put my clothes on.. but accidently put his shirt on. he came over one day to get it. i was napping at the moment. he layed down next to me. i knew he was there. i was pretending to sleep. i was on my stomach at the time. he kissed my cheek. i turned over but still pretending to sleep.i was then on my back... he whispered in my ear.. i just need my shirt.. so he took it off. i still was pretending to sleep. i was in my bra. i did not care because he already saw me. then he put his hand down my pants and fingered me. i popped up and made out with him. was that a stupid mistake? should i like do something to him?? we are not officially boyfriend and girlfriend again??? i need advice.. should i give him another chance?

working out wont get rid of your cramps, however it will shorten your period if you work out hard enough. you have to give the medicince enough time. jsut try and lay down or sit down at least. take it easy.

I just got a really nasty prank phone call. I never give out my number to anyone that I don't know and I couldn't recognize the voice. They were asking me if I'd like to participate in a lesbian teen porn video so I played along and said yes. When they called, it was a restricted number. I was wondering if there was any way I could figure out the number without having to get the police involved. Just so I can figure out who it was that called. They called my cell phone by the way. i dont know of a way to trace the number, but ir might not even be some one you know because when people prank phone call people, a lot of times they jsut dial a random number.

I recently broke up with my boyfriend who is 16(I'm 14), because he didn't want a relationship and I did. All he wants is friends with bennefits. I told him I wasn't going to do that with him, and he said that was ok. i wouldnt cut him off at all. but jsut sit him down and make sure that he knows that nothing else is goign to happen between the 2 of you unless there is a good relationshiip going.

WEll me and my boy friend diego have been dating for almost 4 years now( im 17 he is 18) and well we both love each other. he even promised me many times the day i turn 18 he is proposing to me which happens to be in about 3 weeks. well his birthday was a couple of days ago (our birthdays arent that far apart) any ways well on his birth day him and his guy friends went to a club. there diego saw an old friend from when he lived in mexico. well they started talking and some how he got a hold of some drinks and he got really drunk and him and his friend Andrea went back to his house and had sex. i found this out through him only cause i got lucky with such an honest man. he said he was drunk and he saduced him. well i believe the seducing part because i had met her when we went to mexico so i could meet his family and she was all over him. well any ways im still really in love with him and hes the one and only person i have ever had sex wit and for me that means alot cause im am definantly not easy. i really love him. we talk were each others best friends and lovers and everything else. i am still going out with him but i dont knwo since he promised me when i trun 18 he is going to propose to me should i say yes our should i wait and see if this happens again cause im really confused and i dont know if i should say yess or iff i shouldd sayy lets wait a little while to see cause i have always thought im gona say yes. i dont knwo what imm gonna do

I made the cheerleading squad this year and i love it.. but our coach said any girls that argued or talked about each other behind their baQs or caused drama were going to be kicked off the squad.. and there is a girl on the squad that is so mean to me.. she makes fun of me but says she is just pickin but it bothers me and she says rude stuff that makes me mad.. but i havent said anything to her about it because i'm afraid it will make her mad and start a fight but i'm rele tired of being treated like that... wut should i do?!? tell the coach, the girl will get kicked off the team (if the coach goes by her own rules) and if she starts a fight with you, then ignore her, and tell your coach.
