midol, advil, or a warm bath should help. Try and sleep so you won't feel it. Wait til the ibuprofen wears off before taking any other meds though. ]
ok my 2cd cousin h as cramps so bad that she cant walk when she went to the doctor and told her to those pills that keep you from getting pregnant and she hasnt had cramps that bad since hope i helped you only need the pill if they are like that every time you have them ]
hi,
Have you tried Evening Primrose oil?
It's a natural suppliment that you can probably get from your local chemist. It helps supress the production of some of the chemicals that cause PMS cramping.
Hope it works for you!

try taking a hot/warm bath and soak for a while. It should loosen up the cramp so it wont hurt as much. ]
working out wont get rid of your cramps, however it will shorten your period if you work out hard enough. you have to give the medicince enough time. jsut try and lay down or sit down at least. take it easy. ]
from what ive heard...heating pads, squatting, taking pills like midol or pamprin, try flexing your abb muscles. hope it works! ]
lay down or bend over. you could take a hot bath or put aa hot water bottleon your stomach.

o0ohkay this is what i heard helps...eat mints!!! mints mints mints! they help....et big ones you can suck on like the ones that have red and white swirls. also try pinching the sides of your hips and take the medcines neccessary. get well soon hun!
xoxoxo Christine. ]
There's two things I usually do.
1) Get Midol -->> It's probably the best cramp medicine i have taken for cramps, and it works every single time.
2) Get a heating pad -->> After taking midol.. put the heating pad wherever your cramps are.
I do this every time of the month, ha so I for sure know it works... or at least for me. So definitely try it =) And I hope you get better, cramps do suck.

try:
1. a heating pad on your belly
2. a hot steamy shower
3. drink LOTS of water
4. get a good nights sleep
5. stay active- I know it sounds weird but it will help if you excersize. ]
dont eat that much caffine, i heard it can lead to cramps ]
Take a heating pad and put it where ever your cramps are.
I hope this helped =D

You have many options heRe: It's well known that RegulaR physical activity helps Reduce the cRamping in some women, so if you can bRing youRself to do this, that will help you immensely. You could also tRy taking a waRm bath and using aRomatheRapy. Applying a heating pad on youR loweR abdomen oR back should do wondeRs. If you don't have a heating pad, you can make one by simply filling a sock with Rice and heating it in the micRowave foR a few minutes [must sound silly, but if the cRamps get bad enough, it just might be woRth it]. You mention you took some IbupRofen, but have you been taking them aRound the clock fRom?? That's always a good diea. Many women choose to take medication aRound the clock fRom the time the cycle staRts, until it ends. Any pain killeR will do, but I definitely DO Reccommend IbupRofen, ExtRa StRength Advil oR Midol -- it's also best to take medication will a meal, that way the Risk of stomach discomfoRt is slimmed. Feel betteR!! :D ]
Boy ,I know the feeling! When my cramps got that bad I took a Motrin IB ,put a warm heating pad on my lower stomach with a bunch of pillows under my knees to lift the legs.Sometimes that would help.
Hope it helps for you. ]
I get the same thing every month..and I know, it sucks. Just try putting a hot water bottle on it (if you don't have a REAL hot water bottle, or a rice pillow or anything, empty out a plastic soda bottle and fill it with hot water) and lay it on your tummy. Try keeping your mind off it, and take a nap if you can. Hope I helped! ♥ ]
You can take a hot bath... people say thats supposed to help... i havent needed because muh cramps dont get soo bad so yea.... just try it lol ]
