I wanna know everyones' opinions on age differences in relationships. Mind you, this is out of total curiosity, as a friend of mine and I were discussing this the other day. So I just want to know what you think, like, how big of a difference is too much, and what not.

I dont think there is an age gap. As long as the two people are being honestly in love with each other, then love is love.

So I was on yahoo with the guy I like..and we talked for like an hour. I was the one coming up with everything to say. He laughed often..but barely talked. He said the occasional "yep" or "wow". Finally, I mentioned something from the past, an old friend. He finally started talking..but it got boring again. So..I kinda question if I like him still or not and/or if he even likes talking to me? And, then I went on his profile because he updated it. He said he's looking for a girlfriend. But, he said his interest is for spanish girls? I mean, obviously I know guys prefer certain girls..but now I feel like I probably have no chance because I'm well.. white haha. I'm sure that sounds stupid haha. But, I don't knoww. I know he used to like me a lot for years..which doesn't make sense now but whatever. Anyway..I'm not sure if that means anything? I'm thinking of just giving up on this guy. My love life totally sucks. Guys who like me seem not to ask me out, and guys who do ask me out..are the one's im not interested in. :( Please helpp!

Im sorry for his profile update, thats a tough break, especially if he did this intentionally. Its not stupid that you think that, any girl would think the same. And I think that we should set the record straight right now; even if guys are into certain girls, whether it be their nationality or the color of their hair, they should never list it publicly on their myspace page or anywhere else for that matter. Honestly, if he's not into you that really is a loss for him. He shouldnt profile you by your race, because you cant be spanish, and you never will. But you could have been a really great girlfriend.
And I know that it seems like your love life sucks right now, but trust me there are plentyyy of fish in the sea, and once school comes around guys will be everywhere and you can focus on someone new, which, in my opinion will make him go crazy that he didnt get you. You just have to trust me when I tell you that when its the perfect time, a really cute guy will ask you out, and you guys will be an amazing couple. Just be a little more patient, and dont be afraid to test the waters. :-)
As for letting him go or not, its completely up to you, either way is in your favor. Its great if you guys end up hanging out, and its great if you dont because you will move on from him, but he will always have to wonder if he made a bad decision or not.
For now, I would try to let him do a little more of the talking, just so that your situation can clear up as to whether or not he wants to be with you.

So every once in a while I will just be sitting around and them muscles in my body will start twitching. It happens when I walk around to, after walking around for a while when i sit down, and usually at night. It won't be like my leg completely moves, but its like a wave of my muscle under my skin. It really freaks me out and I want to know if its normal, maybe if im growing? Or if I need to go to the doctor. It happens on the side of my leg near my calf, and on my thigh, on my face around my eyes, on my lips. Sometimes on my face above my nose inbetween my eyes, it feels like the muscles are pulling towards the center of my face.

I get that all the time, sometimes in my eyebrow, eyelid, arms, legs, back, etc. Its completely fine and normal. And now that the person above me mentioned it, I do believe it may be because I had a lot of caffine.

if i get red dr marten shoes should i get them in leather or the shiny plastic like ones

I personally think the shiny plastic ones look cooler than the leather, but they both look good. Also, plastic is easier to clean, and wont ware as fast as the leather. Its brighter too :-)

The other morning I woke up and the top of my toe itched really bad. So I used the heel of my other foot to scratch it. Now theres a spot on my foot, and it's red around it. It hurts to touch it, and it itches. I asked my mom and she said it could be a spider bite. I really hope not cause I reeeeeeeeeally hate spiders. Anyway have any of you had the same problem? Is it a spider bite? Is it something else? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a spider bite to me...I actually think I have one too, I just found it today, be lucky yours is on your toe, mine is behind my ear!!!!!! ahhh it creeps me out haha. I HATE SPIDERS. just saying :-) it will be gone in a couple days, dont worry :-)

i am 14 and i met this girl at a place i go to hangout we started to talk and were flirting a lot and we were having a lot of fun then after we left we started texting and we got really deep saying that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together and i really felt that way i know i could grow old with her but for some reason in the pit of ny stomach i think she is just saying that stuff please help me i don't know wether to take her seriour or what should i confront her and tell her?? please help

I think that you should definately take it slow. You could be right about spending the rest of your life with her, but unfortunately nobody knows the future, so just let life play out one day at a time. If it is meant to be then it will happen. Its hard to make a decision at 14 to plan to spend the rest of your life with someone. If she was just saying stuff to please you, then you might be overwhelming her with all of your plans. Just remember to take it slow, and see which path life takes you. You are only 14, you have your whole life ahead of you yet.

I am sure I went to bed at 1am last night. About 2pm today, I found out that I had called one of my friends on the phone at 3:30am, but I don't remember calling and I know I hung up when I heard the voicemail because she didnt get a voicemail and she didn't answer the phone because she was sleeping >

I completely believe you and understand. I sleepwalk and talk and all that stuff too. I also notice that sometimes I have these random people that I know, but not really well in my dreams. That probably happened to you, even though you might not remember your dream, you probably had one with one of your friends so you decided to call them. I think its freaky how your brain can actually function and look up your friends number without you being aware of controlling it!! haha.

So I've Known Guy Since Kindergarten And We Started Dating In 6th grade and we have been very off and on and now here we are about to start high school and im dating a differnt Guy and i really really like him but the long time friend is never far from the front of my mind and i hate that. i dont know what to do, leave him behind or keep him as a friend, but i still have really strong feelings for him.

This is in deed a sticky situation, but the best advice I can give is to follow your heart. That sounds corney but it really is the truth. If you two are good friends, then you shouldnt have to leave him behind. It could take some time to get over how you feel about him, but I assume that the boyfriend you have now is ideal, and you can also rest assured that he is right for you. :-) Nobody here on advicenators can truely tell you whether to keep him as a friend or not, but I know that you will do what will make you happiest.

Sometimes friends get distant, that doesnt mean you have to dislike each other. If you guys can all hang out thats great, maybe if you could even hang out with one of them or two that would be good too. You dont have to let go. As for planning events, you could all meet up at a local park or store or mall if its easier, this way you can socialize more anyway. And dont worry about who is friends with who, try to worry about who you are friends with. There will always be room for you to be friends with them. :-)

I had sex with my girl and she thought I tricked her and didnt wear a condom but in reality it slipped off. I was pissed at her for not letting me explain and I told a lot of people which pissed her off. I know she will eventually get over it but what do I say to her to let her know Im sorry?

Well first off, it would be good to recognize anything you did wrong. I personally dont think thats really anybody else's buisness except for yours and hers, which quite frankly would make me upset too knowing that you told alot of people. Right now all she needs is time, but instead of looking at the situation as "oh she will get over it" , it might be a good idea to understand where she is coming from, and comfort her and (when she is ready to listen) tell her that it was an accident, and you will be alot more careful next time. But you need to mean it, as a girl, I can tell you straight off the bat that we girls can tell if you mean what you say. :-) Own up to what you did when the time is right, and if you are sincere and appologetic, she will come around.

I have a kitten and his name is Symbah he's about 5 months old and he's really aggressive especially at night and we are going to get him neutered this month in 2 weeks and i was wodering if he will become less aggressive when we get him neutered or if he will become more aggressive or if he will stay the same. Thanks

Since your kitten is so young, you luckily have time to tame him. Give Symbah lots of love and affection, but if he wants to be left alone at times, let him. Also it could help if you get him a place where he could go thats all his own, like a crate or one of those scratching posts that have little shelters inside. He shouldnt become more aggressive when he is neutered. Feeding him a couple of little treats by hand will make him come around too. Also, ask your local vet if there are any classes you can go to with the kitten to help tame him.

so last night my boyfriend of 7 months. would kiss me on the neck then pull away saying me or him would get in trouble if he left me a hickey. i was saying no i wont and quit teasing me, you keep kissing me on the neck then you pull away saying well get in trouble. and he started laughing then he acted like he was going to and he was like no your scared. so i kept saying he was the one that was scared. and he was like no im not wait til your 18 and ill give you one so they cant tell you anything. does that sound like hes just scared or what does that sound like to you?

Hickeys are no big deal, so you shouldnt be affraid to give them or recieve them if you want to. :-) Maybe hes not sure what a hickey is? Try telling him, or give him one first to make him not nervous. Good luck :-)

Today I bought a couple of shirts at Zumiez. It was sort of like a back to school sale I guess, and I bought 2 shirts for $25. One of the shirts I got, I thought I saw the right size for me, but I guess I didn't grab the right size. Does anyone know if I'll be able to exchange it for a smaller size? I still have the receipt, and the tag is still on the shirt. I'm just worried because usually on-sale items are final... Thanks for the help :)

I have done that before, its fine. Just when you go up the the cashier, dont ask them, tell them. That doesnt mean be mean, but instead of saying "Would it be okay if I exchanged this shirt for a different size" you need to say "Hi I just bought this shirt (pull out reciete) and I didnt realize it, but I bought the wrong size and I need to exchange it." if you get what I mean :-) good luck!!!!

Congrats on the touch!
I would definately keep a cover on it, my cover is has a rubbery feel to it (not plastic) and I think its better because if you set your ipod down, it wont slip or slide while you are trying to play a game.

I just had surgery and they gave me vicodin for the pain.
But I'm applying for a job and they require a drug test. Im pretty sure its just a mouth swab but I was wondering would it show up?
Because if it does I feel it will just complicate things and might compromise my shot at the job.

Depending on how long the drug stays in your blood stream, yes it will show up. But you can tell them ahead of time, and bring verification (like a bill or copy of the sheet the doctor fills out) with you. Everything will be fine :-)

Okay soo what you told me to do was so helpful with the guy I like. So last night, I logged on to myspace and updated my status to "bored" and then a little while later when I logged back on to it..it said I had a message so I looked and it said "whats your aim?" from him. So, of course, I answered him back. He wasn't on though when I answered so by 2 am I just logged off aim and went to bed. I woke up with a message from him. He said thanks (for my aim) and then he gave me his without me asking for it. I answered back and he said he'll "hit me up". So, we talked for about a half an hour on aim, we were having a good conversation and everything.. and then he randomly stopped answering. Through a message I asked why he left and he replied that he was sorry but he was doing something and he got logged out (he was on his sidekick and i was on aim mobile). So, I was like "it's okay..I can't IM you because im mobile and it only lets me recieve IM's. You can IM me if you want" and he said "ohh that sucks ha" so I got the hint he didn't want to talk I guess? haha I don't know. I then told him I had to go and I told him to have fun at work. He replied and said "Alright. I will. Hopefully.. ttyl." Anyway..is it good he initiated talking this time? and, I know this sounds stupid but..is it bad that he didn't want to talk again even though he's the one that left in the first place? Please help :) Thankyou!

Thats so good that you guys just started talking, progress is most definately being made. Boys are mysterious sometimes, I wouldnt take it to heart if he signs off or doesnt feel like chatting at that moment, and he definately is going to talk to you again considering he wrote ttyl. Its great that he started the conversation, and wanting your aim screen name is a huge plus too!
Its good that you handled the IM situation in a smooth/calm kind of way (if that makes sense,) guys like to know that you can be chill in various situations, and not be over controlling or get mad at them all the time over "little" things.

I can agree with King Cobras,
aligators and crocodiles seem pretty independant too, or sting rays. Spiders too, like the black widow or terantula.
