See, I'm wanting to lose some weight in the tummy area, but... I've heard that if you work out a lot, your breast size drops. I'm a C cup, and I like it that way. Any tips on things I can do that will drop weight in the stomache and nowhere else?

If you are trying to lose weight (say, 15 pounds) what is the best way to exercise...should you do, say, 30-40 minutes of cardio a day? Or should you do cardio AND do strengthening and toning exercising...can someone give me a good schedule to help with weight lose and still tone

I dont get it, i have friends at school but on friday nights im always home or at a cheering game, my life is so boring and now that its 2005 I want to make it exciting. Everytime im on aim all of my friends away messages are up saying that they are at one anothers house. Should i maybe invite them somewhere so that I can start hanging out too? What if they already have plans, then what do I do? I need to get out more and spend time with teh people I want to spend time with. Im always hanging with guys or talking to them, im not a slut or anything just siometimes they are more fun to talk to.

My parents keep the house so so so so so cold...I'm always freezing and it's the middle of the winter...it's always like 60 in here, and I've told my parents so many times that I'm SO cold when its that cold, but they don't care. They say that they are comfortable that way, and that if they turn it up they will be too warm. I'm not the only one who thinks its too cold...friends or relatives who come over say its so cold! But, they don't have to live here!!! I DO!! What do I do???

My dad smokes. I try to make him stop by saying "please stop smoking dad" or "you should quit" or cough really loud when he lights up a cigarette. DAMN IT, I FUCKING HATE THE SMELL! He smokes when hes in the bathroom, i just hate it. When i cough and stuff around him he'll be like OH SHUT UP, YOU SHOULD BE USED TO IT ALREADY or YOUR OVERREACTING. and id be like, havent you ever heard of second hand smoke dad?? he doesn't care.. i mean hes a good dad but he needs to stop. i dont think he'd do that nicotene patch or gum thing. When i tell my mom about it, she'd be like, get used to it, or she'd do nothing about it. What should i do?

please help me. im 14 and when i was 9 my mum left me and i was left with my dad but my dad blaimed me and he started hitting me and then he has been taken to court but he wont get sent to prison because i cant give evidence because i cut myself and im 'suicidal' so they say im mentally unstable what shall i do i want to die and im scared.

I would like to ask something. My best friend and I experimented and were both girls and were both 13. We kissed each other, felt on each other and kissed each other's neck. As the days go on after we experimented I haven't had any thoughts about other guys. My friend and I act like were a couple or something. I know how you feel, my dad said something similar to me too, but my parents are divorced so my mom helped me out. But in your case, idk. All I can say is to have faith in God and trust that he will get you through all of this. Srry I couldn't help more.

I'm overweight... I participate in a lot of sports and i think i get enough excercise... i could be doing more... but my big problem is sweets... its like an addiction... i just cant seem to stop eating them!!!!!! does anyone have any ideas on how to help me eat more healthy?

Well, you could try eating fruits that have natural sugars in them (like strawberries,peaches,grapes,etc.)so that they don't taste so bad. Also, you can make a plan that you will have sweets only like once or twice a week. Another thing that will help a lot is to drink more water. Hope I helped!

I want to get a cell phone. My mom says if I can pay for it I can get one. Where can I get a inexpensive pre-paid flip phone? Right now I have like $30-$35 dollars. I know that isn't enough but I'm going to keep saving.

They have Motorola flip phones at Wal-Mart for about $80 , but I'm not sure if that's before or after minutes.
