this is a difficult problem, but delt with easily. first off, you need to check your diet. if you are intaking too much sodium, caffine, or sugar your eyes are surely going to be worse. so as you watch what you eat, also watch the amount of sleep. after about a week in a half of at least 10-12 hours of sleep your eyes will drastically improve. Placing cuecumbers on your eyes will dwell down any swelling or extra "poof" under your eyes. Now for the most effective tip. use concealer only under your eyes and belnd around. then, add dabs of talc powder or powdered concealer over, to go for a more natural look. good luck*

sshelbyy answered Friday December 31 2004, 6:05 pm:
[1] Drink PLENTY of water!
[2] cut down on caffeine and salt
[3] the most imp. thing is sleep! get plenty of sleep and try sleeping on 2 pillows.
[4]use tea bags, potato slices or cucumber slices. For a quick fix, try placing two spoons in the freezer for 10-15 minutes and put them over your eyes while you relax.
[5] as for the covering up, use foundation (Loreal True Blend works great) and blend it reallly well, and cover it with a loose powder.
- you could also try out soem treatments especially for bags under eyes.
Good luck! <p>&hearts; Shelby
