Exercise to lose weight...

If you are trying to lose weight (say, 15 pounds) what is the best way to exercise...should you do, say, 30-40 minutes of cardio a day? Or should you do cardio AND do strengthening and toning exercising...can someone give me a good schedule to help with weight lose and still tone

you should do cardio @ every other day and on the days wen u dont do cardio you should do toning and strengthing.

i looked on the internet and typed in bikini body, a few website came up, i looked at the bikini body plan. You do 30 mins of exrcise 3 times a week for the first wekk. IN this 30 mins do, for example, 3-5 mins of walking thenr un for 3-5 mins and continue. This helps burn fat and push your body harder. The second week do 3 sessions of 15 mins of excercise and then do stretches for 15 mins, this eliminated cellulite. You have to stretch legs mainly, deep and hard, this will hurt! the third week is aimed at toning your body. Do 30 mins of exercise, 15 mins of stretchin and then do 15-30 mins of toning excercises targeting specific problem areas. Hope this helps!
