Question Posted Tuesday December 28 2004, 12:04 pm
I just have a quick question, shouldn't take long.
See, I'm wanting to lose some weight in the tummy area, but... I've heard that if you work out a lot, your breast size drops. I'm a C cup, and I like it that way. Any tips on things I can do that will drop weight in the stomache and nowhere else?

Then do 30 to 50 sit ups a day and you will lose weight by your stomach. I did that and I lost weight 23 pounds in 2 months..hope I helped! RainWindFireIce answered Tuesday December 28 2004, 10:33 pm: Well, naturally, when you lose weight, you're gonna lose weight everywhere. But I don't think you'd lose too much weight up top. Just concentrate on your stomach. Do crunches a few times a week and you should be good. I seriously doubt you have anything to worry about unless you lose like, 20 pounds. Then your cup size would probably go down a bit. [ RainWindFireIce's advice column | Ask RainWindFireIce A Question ]

xxxxxx answered Tuesday December 28 2004, 6:44 pm: i don't think that your breast size will drop unless you are really overweight to begin with. i know extremely skinny people with extremely huge boobs. to drop weight in your stomach just run or do cardio every other day, plus some hardcore sit ups! DrAnqel answered Tuesday December 28 2004, 3:24 pm: There isn't really anything you can do, maybe crunches that just focus on the stomach, you should look that up, or go to a gym and ask for a trainer, I know that low-carb diets work for that, but I don't know if it will make your cup size drop. I would look it up if I were you. Hope I helped. -Angel [ DrAnqel's advice column | Ask DrAnqel A Question ]
