I don't live with my mom. But I didn't really think of it as that big a deal. I just let her know is all. Don't be scared to tell your mom because all she's gonna do is help you and give you advice on what to do.

My best friends obviously have other friends, but I get so jealous when they have a conversation and I'm not part of it! I get even more jealous when they hang out without me! I really don't want to feel this way but I can't help it! What should I do?

You need to realize that your friends are gonna have people they associate with that you don't necessarily associate with. That's fine. But don't get all worked up about it because your friends like spending time with and talking to you, too. There's really nothing to be jealous about. But you can always talk to your friends about it.

i love singing, dancing and acting! i love been on stage but every time i do the school production or tell people i go to a stage school on a weeken then they say that its typical and say that im a drama queen. one of my friends say that i learn to act so that i can lie and make up stories to get attention! i dont know where it comes from because im really quiet at school. i only open up on stage because i feel that its not me! am i o.t.t? what do i do to change their minds? That's just stupid what your friend said but I can kind of see where they're coming from. Just explain to them how it really is. How acting helps you to open up. If they're your real friend, they won't continue to accuse you of what they have. If they ignore what you say or continue to make accusations, forget about it. You do what feels right and what you like to do because no one has any control over your hobbies and what you like to do but you. And maybe your parents lol but I don't see how they could have any problem with this.

the color headband i use the most is white...i kno you can wash it but im to lazy does any one know a good type of headband that wont get dirty??? doesnt have to be headband just has to be a thing thats works like one (link)

You could always try a plastic one. But if you don't want a plastic one, I think eventually you're going to have to wash anything that's a fabric eventually. Stop being lazy and just wash your headband, it's not that hard. Just mix it in there next time you're washing your hands.

why is it sometimes I block ppl on my buddy list and a few minutes later it says they sign on..though it says blocked..i just blocked everyone outta no where..so no one on my buddy list is sign on...and little by little ppl are signing on though when i click INFO it says they're blocked..though i see they are on-line..wtf? You can still see if they're online but when you block someone, all it does really is block that person from seeing you online and from accessing your profile. And apparently, it keeps you from accessing their profile. But don't worry, they're still blocked and can not contact you.

Tell the "disgusting guy" that you do NOT want to go out with him plain and simple. And make it very clear to him. You can say this to him before or after the other guy asks him out for you.

Try telling yourself "I don't need a guy, they need me."
Getting over a guy can be hard, believe me I know. But eventually you'll move on and find someone else you like. Try looking around at the other guys you could maybe start something up with. Perhaps there's a guy that you never thought you'd want to be with until you really thought about it.
But you don't need any guy. No matter how much you like them, no matter how much you want to be with them. You won't die from lack of Mike or Ben or Jack or whatever. Heartbreak is not a terminal illness, you'll get over it, you'll find someone new. And that person is going to want to be with you, and you with him, and you'll completely forget ol' what's-his-name in time. Just give it time.

I think he might be interested in you. Keep talking to him, get to know him and see what happens. But I do think he likes you and if not, then he IS interested at least.

Well, depending a lot on the situation, it's not always a good idea to keep asking someone out. But it's been a while so I think it would be okay to do so. But still, I'd suggest first asking if she liked you because when you ask someone out again when they've said no before, sometimes they can feel as though you aren't listening to them. So, just ask if she likes you now and instead of asking her out, ask her if she'd like to try going out sometime or try a relationship. That might work out better. But ask her if she likes you first.

Just relax, don't get yourself all worked up or you won't get up the nerve to actually do it. Just relax, be chill about it and just simply ask, "Hey, you wanna go to the dance with me?". If they say yes, you're good to go. If they say no, just be like, "Okay, that's cool." It'll be fine, just don't worry about it so much. Biggest thing is to relax.
It could always help if you had someone else you'd like to ask, too. But if the person who you want to ask is the only one and they say no, there's nothing wrong with going to the dance solo. Either way, have fun! :)

I've never actually had sex or been fingered before, but I've read through so many advice columns, you'd be amazed.
So anyway, basically, what's probably going on is that yes, your hymen did probably break but there may still be bits and pieces of it still left(in tact, unless he's got really big fingers or something). Eventually it'll all be gone. You shouldn't bleed every time you have sex or are fingered or anything. It'll stop over time.

-Apply medicated chapstick if you have it, but regular would be okay
-Stop the bleeding(wet rag, etc)

-Lick your lips
-Try and remove the little pieces of skin coming off
If you use chapstick every 1 or 2 days, it won't get so bad that it'll bleed.

Try talking to your mom and explain to her how, despite the fact that you do love your sister to death, you'd rather the time you're out with your friends be spent with JUST your friends and preferably not members of your family. If she says no or something, be sure to figure out why because she may have a good reason for sending your sister with you. But if not, just explain to her how you feel without being disrespectful and she might change her mind.

yes.. ok so i poked my mom's eye with a clothing hanger.. it was by accident. we were taking about how she sits at home and does nothing while my grandparents hafta take care of my brother and sister who is 2 and 5... ya she started hitting me and then i was all like "stop hitting me" and then i accidently poked her in the eye and then i said sorry and then she started crying really loudly like how she does when my dad and her start fighting and they make eachother bleed and bruise all over.. yes.. screwed up.. neway ya.. after she called my dad to gimme crap about poking her she started dragging me across the floor and hitting me and crap and then i told her to go to hell.. ehh.. ya.. so wut am i supose to do now? i'm not calling child helpline or w/e.. Wow. I actually do think you should call a child helpline or social services or something. Your parents shouldn't be physically fighting but that's a different story. If these kind of fights happen between your mother and you a lot, then I suggest trying to get some help outside of your immediate family or maybe staying with a relative. At least until things get worked out at home.
