what is a good way to ask a heavy metal guy to a prom?! and when should i ask him cuz our prom is in may.

It's only February! So you should at least wait a little while. Just bring up the prom in general. Hopefully you have at least gone out with this guy more than once by that time. And just because he is "heavy metal guy" doesn't mean he wouldn't like being asked. Geez, I was "heavy metal girl" and I went to two proms. If only to make fun of everybody else....

just plain out ask your "heavey metal friend" to the prom, dosn't matter how you ask it, if they wanna with you go they will.

Get to know him better and don't ask around his friends. That, and what everyone else said.

maybe during lunch or after school, and ask him cooly, not that he thinks that it will be soft, but dont worry everyone including the hard core guys have a soft side.

Just ask him the same way you would ask someone else. He's not a different person, he's just into different stuff.
