The other night I went to the gym for the first time in awhile. I was working out on the bike and all of a sudden I started getting a charlie horse (a cramp) on my right calve. It started hurting bad, but I didn't want to get up and start running around looking like an idiot, so I kept working out for like a minute, then I couldn't take it anymore so I went into the locker room and walked it off. It took awhile, the cramp part is gone. Its now wednesday and my leg still hurts, badly. I can really flex it while walking. And if you touch the back of my LEFT calve, its flubber-ish like most calves, then when you touch my right one, its soo stiff and it hurts. I've stretched it numerous times today but its not helping. Whats wrong with it and what should I do? (link)

Your calve is haveing a muscle spasm. this is cauased by a build up of lactic-acid from the cramp, the best way to treat it is to alternate hot packs and ice packs and just keep stretching it gently. sometimes a muscle rub, like Tiger Balm, will help.

I'm going on holiday to Europe with my friend in the next holiday. We are gonna go out a lot of places but the thing is I have really heavy periods. There is a chance I will be on my period for this holiday and they are so heavy that I can't walk around or anything without having to rush to the toilet. I know I should see the doctor, I have an appointment for when we get back. But what excuses can I give my friend as to why I can't go out for the couple of days my period is this heavy? Could I pretend I was ill? I DON'T want to tell her I am having heavy periods 'cause it's just gross OK. So don't answer with that. (link)

You don't need to lie to her about it, just tell her, she won't care its not as gross as you think it is, i have really heavey periods also, i know how you feel, your friend is a girl too, ont a big deal she'll understand. When I was younger, I liked this boy loads and I know he liked me back. When we moved up to high school, we were put in different classes. Now, although we stare at each other alot and talk every now and again, it's not the same. I still love him and I have a feeling that he still likes me too, but I don't know how I can get things back to be how they used to.
Next year we'll be sharing classes again and I would like to get back to being close to him. Should I let him go completely? If not, have any of you guys got any tips into how we could be close again?

I don't think you should let him go completely, you still have a chance to be firendslike you used to. Start talking to him again like you used to, reminisce with him about funny little things that happened when you were close friends. Try to find time to hang out with him more if he wants to. you can't always have your way with things. and its also the guys choice on who he likes, he might not like you or your friend as a grilfriend. don't stress over it, hes just a boy theres plenty more boys out there, don't strees out because your friend likes the same guy you do, its not a big deal.

Theres a boy whos in one of my classes and hes definitely `the class clown`. The problem is sometimes hell yell out my name and other girls in my classes names out loud and pretend to do very innapropriate things with his pen, whatever is around! Im serious. I just recently got asked out, and I said yes to make them happy. But, after the first day I'm already feeling crappy. To start off, u never EVER go out with someone "just to make the happy", cause in all out reality your going to make them miserable if they find out your honest to god reason for going out with them, and it also makes you feel miserable! You-at the moment- are liveing a lie, a hurtful lie. you need to break up with this person because nobody deserves to be lied to when it comes to boyfriend/girlfriend relationships. you also need to get over you first relationship, its a memory, not every relationship will be the same, everyone will usually be way more diffrent then the first. well i hope i helped! good luck!

Theres really nothing you can do except maybe become friends with her, get to know her better, she might end up likeing you better then her boyfriend. you could also try and find another girl, always have your eye on atleast one other girl incase nothing works out for you and the girl with the boyfriend. i hope i helped good luck!

Otay.. Im a good advice giver and all.. But right now i need some advice from some1 else. Okay well theres this boy i really really like.. And we used to go out but then i broke up with him .. I was just in a bad mood and he happened to tick me off and i told some1 i was thinking about taking a break and next thing i know she told me she called him and told him it was over.. So after that.. We were akward around each other for the next few months.. But now were like.. bestfriends again.. I think you should tell him how you feel about talking to you about her, tell him how much it hurts your feelings to hear how much he likes her and what not. You should also still be friends with him, I mean from what your saying hes nice to you, its not like hes being a jerk to you, so anyways give him a chance, he may end up not liking this girl and you could possibly get back together again. i hope i helped you. good luck!

i can't tell you if they are lying or not, but i don't think they were lying to make you feel better. and don't say only a townsperson, because every part is important, your part is just as impotnt as the main characters. i understand where your comeing from, i was in the play "The Sound Of Music" this year and i only got a nun and a party guest part. i tried out for the spring drama team also this year, and am currently a main character and i have a contemprary scence with one of my friends (this is actaully a drama/acting competion that i'm working on right now). well anywho, your director obviously thinks you have great potential to put you in the play at all, think of all hte other people that auditioned and didn't make it, your director probably wanted to see if he could work with you in the furture for a mina character? anyways there are no small parts, play the townsperson to your best ability, who knows, the next play you audition for you could become a main character. chin up,don't give up and good luck!

Cheerleading is just over! I am pretty good but i want to get better. I can do a cartwheel, round off, all jumps, heal streach, split! But tryouts are in about 2 months and i want stuff to do. I have a few questions,
What are some new cool moves?
What should i do to teach my self a back walkover? I am afraid of going back!
What can i do to get my jumps higher? yes, I prep but that doesnt seem to be enough, is jumping while i prep a bad thing?
Should i do some running and such? Im skinny but for extra "strength" if you want to call it that!

Well there aren't really any new moves just how you put in order.For a back walkover start walking down a wall with your hands against the wall, feet on the ground and slowly move down to the floor. To jump higher, make sure you stretch your legs as far as they can go, and for preps don't go on your toes, leave your feet flat and jump from your knees.

You should either talk to her about it or go to your parents so they can call the school so the school will do something about and have her talk to her parents about it. Maybe you should even tell your parents that she smokes weed so your parents can inform her parents and put her in drug rehab. I know its kind of like tattle-telling, but you could really help this girl out, and have her stop pushing your around. I hope I helped atleast a little.

Just because your adopted dosn't mean you can't talk to your mom about it. You mom won't care, I'm sure she'll try and help you find out stuff about it whether your biologically hers or not. Most moms don't care if your biologically theirs or not, they'll love you the same, and try to help you with your problems and answer your questions in life. Don't worry about going to your mom about questions you have 'cause shes not your real mom, your both girls, you both have nipples (lol), and shes real enough.

find some friends that will be nice to you and like you for you, it'll be hard to find people because you think everyone hates you. i'm sure theres a few people in the school that would like to be your friend. and maybe you could talk to a few people who you know/think are spreading rumors. it may not have a positive outcome, but you can atleast try--if you want to that is--. and you could try and ignore what people say, i know its hard but try. i know how you feel,i went through this when i was in 5th grade until the middle of 8th grade. its easy to get depressed and hard to find good people in the world, but try hard and don't ever give up, its worth it in the end.

ha ha ha...ok... Well now, there was this one guy who i went out with for like 5 months. let's call him josh*. And we broke up before winter break. And he claims to still like me and he knows i still like him... but everyone guy around me keeps telling me that he's just using me and stuff, when i ask josh about it, he goes don't belive them. And we both trust each other and everything, that's why we never got into a fight while we were going out. But here's my problem. I think you should express your feeling to him, he might understand. and if nothing works out quit as fast as you want it to, then look for another guy, still keep him there, left him know a spots still open--if your still single-- and you still care for him if he changes his mind. i'm sure theres many others guys out there that have their eyes on you and you don't know. if you see a guy you may like go talk to him and get to know him.
