I'm 6'11" 430lbs Male. I need a plan for weight loss, and i need to lose it soon. My doctor has suggested surgery, and i do not want to go there until i absoulty have to. It is literally killing me. Please give me some low cost solutions on losing weight. Thanks.

Okay, you need a organized schedule! so it helps your body get used to the everyday thing! Do exercises that help every part of your body at the same time everyday! Find things to do that dont involve sitting or just laying around! That includes watching tv for hours straight. Most of all eat healthy!! Not so much junk food! If you cant resist, then really your not helping much! thats all I can say!! hope it helps! ]
Replace good things with the bad. Also eat slower it fills you up faster. Just dont eat junk food. And umm get out and exercise?? I think it would be really hard to lose all that weight. Everybody is different on their rate of losing weight. I would recommend having the surgery done. *good luck* ]

Dont eat. i mean, eat, but like veggies, and NO JUNK FOOD! eat slow, because it takes your body 20 minutes to decide its full, so for twenty minutes of being full, you can still feel hungry and keep stuffing yourself.
Also, move a bit, if your the kind of person who spends hours playing video games or watching tv, and get your excercie by walking to the kitchen to get food, you probably should stop doing that. Go on a walk, go up and down the stairs while u watch tv (if u can see it from te stairs). Maybe you should give basketball a shot, your pretty tall.
This may sound weird to you, but use positive affirmations. instead of thinking, "im so fat, i wish i could lose weight..." say things like, "I'm eating better, and exercising more, I'm losing weight..." It may sound stupid at frist, but if you do it for a while, it'll make what you're doing to lose weight work better, at least I think so.

I'm not guaranteeing drastic weight loss, but exercising helps a lot! Don't start out really hard at first though, just start with what you can and then work from there. If you can only jog for 5 minutes one day, try jogging for 7 the next time and so on. Also, don't overeat and cut back on sweets, etc. and foods that you know are bad for you. Just eat when you're hungry, not when you're bored or sad or w/e. If nothing seems to work, go to a nutritionist or a trainer, they'll be more than happy to help if you're ready to help yourself! I think that you should stop with the soda and replace it with water. Also you should go walking for at least 15 minutes each day and inscrease it by 10 minutes every week untill you want to walk the length you want to walk. i suggest walking everyday, but do dont over exert yourself! about 30 minutes, you'll be shocked! And, eat about every 3 hours, but small meals! Good Luck!! ]

OK I know you have heard this tons and tons of times before but I am just putting in my input. Cut what you eat in half or a few less bites a day. Instead of having a can of soda replace it with water. Small changes can make a big difference. ]

Well... you could eat better foods, not all that crap from McD's and stuff. You could also excersize more and take an hour walk each day. ]
Start by eating healthier, no more junk food! Rent exercise videos, go to a gym, and do sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, and crunches before you go to bed! Maybe go on a diet plan, such as Atkins, South Beach Diet, Jenny Craig, or Weight Watchers. Then when you lose the pounds, you can start thinking about surgery and/or liposuction. Good luck, I know you can do it!

resist junk food remove it ALL from your hous and NOT by eating it. Replac it with healthier food. Have a daily work out. everynight before you go to bed do a certin amount of situps and push ups etc. Yo ucan rent extercise videos and go the gym. Dont go on atkins it truley isnt a healthy diet.
