Well, I would just tell them. But that's just me. One thing you could say is, "Um... **insert names here** Why are you dressing different? It feels a little weird, and it kinda scares me." Or something along those lines.

Tell them that you respect them way too much to see them treating their bodies this way. Ask them kindly to please stop, because it isn't enticing to you and the only guys who will like that style are not worth their time.
