I dont get it, i have friends at school but on friday nights im always home or at a cheering game, my life is so boring and now that its 2005 I want to make it exciting. Everytime im on aim all of my friends away messages are up saying that they are at one anothers house. Should i maybe invite them somewhere so that I can start hanging out too? What if they already have plans, then what do I do? I need to get out more and spend time with teh people I want to spend time with. Im always hanging with guys or talking to them, im not a slut or anything just siometimes they are more fun to talk to.

wow im kinda the same way. i hang with guysz alot toO becuasze im really into sportsz nd` stuff. but yea if you want to spend more time with tha girlsz then make yourself open. start telling them at tha beginning of tha week "hey i dont have plansz on friday, do u wanna spend tha night?" or something lke that. that should work. well i hope it goesz well, write back to me telling me how it turnsz out! goOd luck! = )

I know exactly what you mean. Guys are more laid back and chill then girls and there is no problems with that. Just let the girls know that you would love to hang out with them sometime and maybe they will think about inviting you a little bit more. Don't worry. It isn't a bad thing not being invited if you are doing other things you need to worry when you always have nothing to do.

hey hunny * okay i dont think ur a slut for hanging out with guys! i get along better with boys, than i do girls and so most of the time i would rather hang out with my guy friends than my girls. but i think that you should invite them over to your house, or something, and if they already have plans, then ask them why they don't invite you to go anywhere with them. tell them you don't like being left alone all the time on fridays and any other day of the week or weekend b/c it sux and its boring. i know how it feels, my friends used to do that to me also. but it was just a phase, so maybe your friends are the same way, and they'll get sick of each other and start including you more. and if all else fails, make new friends. from other schools or something then your chances of doing stuff on fridays and what not are higher because you will have more friends!!!! so i hope i helped ask me nething else u might need! <33 ya! *Happy New Year * Brittany

thats ok. just invite a mixed group (that means guys and girls) over to your house for a game night, to hang out or whatever. get a group together to go to a theme park, movie, swimming, or whatever you like to do. if they already have plans, try asking them to come over a different night. i know how you feel though. and guys are sometimes more fun to talk to. with guys you just have the nutty-wild-crazy thing. with girls you have the backstabbing-gossiping-drama queen thing. i prefer the nutty-wild-crazy thing to drama queens!! but my closest friend isn't like that (and yes, she's a girl) it's hard to put yourself out there and invite people over like that, especially if you know that they might not want to come over or have other plans. you might want to have a party or something for no reason at all. just say that it is a "new years party" or a "winter party" ... you get the idea. just invite people over to chill.
