Eye doctors make sure their patient knows how to put && take out their contacts then they want you to come back && visit to make sure you do it currect && make sure their okay for your eyes..
Don`t be scared!!At first they feel funny but in a few days you`ll get used to them..You`ll also figure out your own way to take your contacts in && out..
I tae mine out a different way then the doctor showed me..I just slide them down then snatch it off my eye && the doctor said it was okay since i have long nails that way i don`t scratch them..
Also ripping them will be kind of hard but if you have long nails be careful

To get the perscription you`d have to see a doctor..You can go to a gynocologist..Planned Parenthood would be great..You wouldn`t need a parent look it up in a local phone book..
