xEVYx answered Saturday April 8 2006, 11:06 pm: you can eat anything really, its always better to eat healthy though. when im on my period i drink a lot of water, it seems to make it lighter, it might not be true but when i don't drink water it isn't. so you might wanna try that! good luck
