I asked my doctor this same exact but i wasn`t taking a hormone pill i was taking the reminder pills..
My doctor said its very very rare && most likely NO..Alot of people have sex while the girl is on her period as a form of birth control because its so unrare..

Any time you have sex, even if you're on birth control, there is a chance of pregnancy. Birth control can reduce your chances, but it's not 100% effective. I was on birth control when my first child was conceived. The only way to be 100% sure of not getting pregnant is to not have sex at all.
