i make such a big deal out of little things with me and my boyfriend.. he thinks kristin from laguna beach is so hot so we fight wen he watches it.. its not my fault im jealous, but what can i do?

How long have you guys been dating? Trust is a major foundation in any relationship, and if you trust eachother, I'm guessing that your boyfriend feels that you and he can discuss the physical characteristics of another person (i.e. 'Kristin is hot') without having you get jealous, because if you're in a good relationship, it's /you/ he likes, and not your looks. And he knows that a person's looks mean very little. Have some faith in him, if you love eachother, there's nothing to worry about. Hope this helps :)

its natural to get jealous but its dumb to fight over him thinking kristin is hot because that is unrealistic....its not like he will ever even meet her and i am sure you think other people besides your boyfriend is hot...try to be understanding and dont always let the jealousy take control of you because you'll just end up pushing him away with all the fighting...hope this helps

And some girls really don't care, and some do. But the secret to not caring is, to just know that your boyfriend will never meet this celebrity, hes with you. And sometimes it helps to ask him how much he loves you, because it will get his mind off of the celebrity when he talks or thinks about you. Tell him how you feel. Let him know that you dont care that he thinks shes hot or whatever but you do care when he makes a BIG deal out of her with little or no regard to hw you feel. And appologize for the fights.

Chances are, he won't ever meet her. He can't cheat on you with her.
And, face it, he's a guy. He thinks girls are hot, just like you think guys are hot. You can't make him not think that a certain girl is hot.

There's no chance in the world that he could ever hook up with her or even meet her, so there's no reason for you to be concerned. If it were one of your friends or something, then maybe you'd have a reason to be a little jealous. Next time he comments on how hot Kristin is just be like "Yeah Stephen is really hot too!" I used to be the same way, then I realized how stupid I was acting. Think of it this way, there is no way that he could ever be with this person. So by him saying that a star is hot, it's okay because you know they could never actually be together. I'm sure he gets jealous when you said some star on T.V. is hot as well, that's just how relationships are. Just try not to get so jealous over someone he's never going to be able to see.
