I know this is gross and stuff...but its true....i was raped by my teacher and he swore that if i tell anyones hes going to kill me and I see him all the time...like he is following me or something to make sure I am not telling...and so I dont know how to tell anyone beczuse he said he would kill me...anyone have any ideas...because i am scared to tell someone

you have to tell someone soon. it happens all of the time. go to the police station or go to the hospital. tell them that you were raped and need to be checked for std's and brusing. you need to report it and make sure he won't do it again. im sorry about what happened.

that is so horrible you might not want to tell someone but what if you are pregnet or something even worse .if you don't know what to do think about what you think someone else whould do and if you tell someone like a conseller they have to keep it confidential and plus what if it happened to someone else you have to tell someone!! for the sake of other people. what if this teacher eends up getting some one pregnet!! you have tto think of what would happen if it happened to someone else who is close to you!!!

my best friend has been going through a similar situation all her life. just shes been raped by her god father. she's been afraid to tell people because she's been threatened by him too. I advise you to first tell your sister, if you have one. If not, go straight to your mom. My best friend told friends at her school, and they won't let her forget about it. They keep telling her to tell someone, and that's not what she wants to hear. So, I would tell my parents, or my mom, and no matter what your teacher says, if you tell your mom, and he goes to jail, there's nothing he can do to you. Hope I helped you.

OMG! I am soo sorry. But you need to tell a trusted adult. The faster you tell he wont be able to do anything. Ask for a police officer if you really think you need one to follow you around. I know it may seem embrassing but if it is what you need then get the protection you need. And you need to tell NOW while he can still get in trouble for what he has done, it was wrong and he knows it. YOU NEED TO TELL SOMEONE ASAP. Rape is a horrible thing, and you need to tell your parents and the police. He WILL deny it no matter what, but honestly, why would you lie? Please, take my advice or talk to the teacher with a tape recorder in your pocket so he'll tell it all on tape. He won't kill you if you tell someone.

I once saw a movie like this you should def. tell because I don't think he can kill you in jail and the sooner you tell the better because theirs more evidence available so he most likely will go to jail. This is a very scary situation but if you don't tell he probably did that to other girls to and their could also be more victims so the best thing to do is tell.

The same kind of thing happened at my school. My form tutor was found to be having sex with an underage minor who also attended the school. He is now on the sex offenders list and was jailed for one year. Of course, this was sex with a minor who consented, rape will give a higher charge as will stalking and threatening. He is now not allowed in our area once he was released from prison.
So I guess the best advice that I can give you is to tell someone immediately. It is absolutely 100% normal to be scared under these circumstances so you have to tell someone so they can get the situation dealt with. Of course, you have to take into consideration that this will mean going to a court trial but it is all worth it in the end to get out of there. Even if you're not pulled out of school - he will be with police because they won't allow him to continue teaching in a position of authority. Although this has not happened to me, I guess that's as much as I can help.

Trust me hun, you would be worse off if you didnt tell anyone. Tell your parents as soon as possible. They can call the police and have him arrested, which means he cant hurt you. If anyone ever violates you like that and/or threatens you and says not to tell, it sounds dumb but you should always tell. Youll feel a lot better, and the person will almost certainly go to jail and you wont have to worry about them anymore. First, you tell your parents, and then in turn tell the police. First though, make sure you have proof. Immediately you need to go to the doctor and have him run a test for any sperm that may be left over from the rape, because if they get any, then they have DNA on him, and there is no defense for that in court. Go in the order of parents->police->then doctor. Please, PLEASE tell someone, this isn't something that needs to be left untold and nothing done about. I got vendetta for bastards like your teacher. I have a good friend who was molested by her uncle at age 10 and the anger I feel for people who force sex upon another knows no bounds. You really need to tell someone because what he did is not right! even if he said he was going to kill you i'm sure you won't and your parents probably won't make you go to school for a while once they hear everything. If you don't feel comfterable around him and you switch schools or would that be harder for you? i'm sure once you tell your parents he won't be able to teach any more. Once you tell your parents they will be able to help you and guide you. i'm very sorry that that had to happen to you :(

well how long ago was this? bcs if itz between i think 48 or 72 hours you can tell the police nd they will have a doctor of some kind take urine samples nd will see his sperm nd make sure its really him.

Definitely tell someone-a parent, a friend's parent, or other trusted adult. What he did was wrong. Him following you sounds like stalking to me. You need to let the police know what happened and what he's doing so they can arrest him and get you the protection you need.

how long ago did this happen? i really hate to tell you this but if theres no way to prove that it happened you are better off not telling anyone. i suggest wearing a tape recorder that way you can get him on tape saying something, and then go to the police with it. they will protect you
