omfg i need an answer quickly please!
i am not really a cutter, only on occassions. today i was very stressed and cut, deep and long. (not too deep obviously) as i was getting dressed my sister saw it. she said if i didnt go to my friends house she wouldnt tell, so i stayed home. then she came in later and said she was still thinking about telling. you don't realize how upset my mother will get, how pissed my dad will be, i don't want to hurt my parents! i regret doing it, i will never again. i told my sister that, but she doesnt believe me! what do i doto convince her not to tell! what do i do if she does tell! I have been feeling really weird lately. I've been exhausted and I feel really weak. I can't consentrate, eat, or sleep. I'll try to do something and I'll get out of breath really quickly which isn't like me. I usually run a mile everday and I don't get out of breath from walking in my house. It's really stange. I think that there might be something wrong with me but I don't know what. I'm usually never like this. My friend said that I probably have AIDS because I had sex for the first time last week but we used protection and I don't think that AIDS affects you right away. I really don't know anything about diseases or illnesses or anything like that so if anyone has any idea about what might be wrong with me or what might have caused it please help me.

Well in 4 months I lost 35 lbs. My waistline lost 3 inches. I became active by running, doing crunches, and jumping. I also cut out all sodas and sugar. I hope these tips help! Take luck and keep in touch!

My period started early today and im going shopping tomorrow!! It wouldnt be a problem or anything but i have really heavy periods and the 2nd day is always the heaviest. I know how you feel because my periods used to be the exact same way. I suggest taking some ibuprofen before you leave and bring extra pads. Try to have fun with your friends and if you aren't feeling up to going tomorrow, call your friends and tell them you aren't feeling well. If they're really your friends, they'll understand.
