Other than crunches and running, do any of you have any tips or secrets that helped you lose a lot of weight around your waistline? Be specific - how long it took, how much you lost, etc. Thanks.
If you walk for at least 90 minutes a day or around a track for 90 minutes a day it adds up. Also try meal replacement shakes and bars. It's all about being consistent and sticking to a game plan.
You should try swimming as that will help you shed pounds if you do it 2-3 times a week over the course of a few months. Biking is another option.
In my case I was 217 pounds and got down to 165 by all of these things plus 3 times a week kickboxing in 4 months. If you do something drastic like that the weight will come off if it's a lot of pounds rather than just a few. [ solidadvice4teens's advice column | Ask solidadvice4teens A Question ]
