Dear cures,

Yes, there are a lot of medications that are used to treat patients with eczema. My cousin has eczema as well. I suggest that you visit your doctor, and ask him about treatments. Take luck!

I search for you and got you an answer. Here it is...The latest treatment for eczema is a new class of skin medications called topical immunomodulators (TIMs). These medications are steroid-free. The most common are tacrolimus (Protopic) and ascomycin. Studies have shown as high as an 80% success rate using these new medications. The site I found it at is ->[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

Hope this info is good enough and good luck.

My little brother and sister have it on their faces. They use something called elidel and it works really well. I can't tell that they even had it! You have to go to a dermatologist to get it because its a prescription thing... hope it gets better!

hi there
i am sorry for your pain, first of all Eczema is
Eczema is an inflammation of the skin which may cause dryness, flakiness, heat, and probably most importantly, itching.

Dermatitis is a term which is sometimes connected, in people's minds, with exposure to chemicals. It really only means inflammation of the skin, and could be used interchangeably with eczema, as it often is by doctors.

Eczema can be caused by a number of different factors, and may result in just a small patch of skin being affected, but can affect skin anywhere on the body

Certain creams and lotions, could be applied to soothe the skin which are,

E45 , since your skin is sensitive, you need to speak to a doctor or a dermatologist which test can be carried out where the level of the eczema will be determined and also the right prescription can be used

try going to your pharmacist, where you can use lotions, soap bar, etc try to use sensitive products, because of your skin.

Good luck

You will need to go to your doctor to get a prescribed ointment that you will have to rub on the areas affected daily. It will not fully clear it up as you may have some relapses but you do need to get an ointment now. It is not life threatening but very uncomfortable.
