yes he is!! no lie either!!
to go a long with the picker noser one one time he had a booger and he took it out when we told him and he just held it and then he went and he stuck his finger (literally) UP HIS NOSE! and was like moving his head up and down at the same times it was hilarious!

well first of all you ahve to make sure the guy likes you. and if he doesn't its unfortunate but u have to move on with ur life. Just be yourself around him and act normal don't try to show off an try to dress up.
