Question Posted Tuesday December 28 2004, 11:35 pm
This is so embarrassing but i feel like my breath smells really bad all the time... i brush and use listerine twice a day and still cant get rid of it. Is there any good products out there or any suggestions on what to do? I don't think gum would help that much.
Thanks

lilangl1113 answered Wednesday December 29 2004, 8:21 pm: If you don't already floss. Floss could help you out a lot also there is another mouthwash that most dentists recomend. It's called Act. It's blue and you can get it a store nearby. If not go to the dentist and ask him if somethings up. You could have a virus or some kind of disease in your mouth. Your dentist could probably help you w/ your breath. Hope I helped! ~*AmAnDa*~ [ lilangl1113's advice column | Ask lilangl1113 A Question ]
SoNuLiCiOuSsS answered Wednesday December 29 2004, 12:59 am: use Listerine mouthwash twice a day... ooo and try Extra Polar Ice Gum... & if that doesnt work
u might have Chronic bad breath aka halitosis. This is caused by germs that are found in the baQ of your mouth where your brush cant reach. Try using a tongue scraper. You can get that from your dentist or you can get it over the counter... Its like a squeegee it scrapes and wipes off bacteria from places that ur brush cant reach... sohojules26 answered Wednesday December 29 2004, 12:45 am: Maybe your breath doesn't really smell bad, you just think it does. If your really concerned, carry mints with you, and see your dentist cause it may be an infection. *JuLiA* [ sohojules26's advice column | Ask sohojules26 A Question ]
Brunette27 answered Wednesday December 29 2004, 12:24 am: Some people just naturally have smelly breath. Carry around mints and pop one in your mouth whenever you feel like you need one.

nicoleluvzae answered Wednesday December 29 2004, 12:03 am: ooh use Arm and Hammer toothpaste with BAKING SODA! IT REALLY REALLY HELPS! it kills the germs that take the bad breath away so no matter how bad your breath is, it works. oh and also chewing on fresh parsley restores your breath to freshness.
