Smelly breath

Question Posted Tuesday December 28 2004, 11:35 pm

This is so embarrassing but i feel like my breath smells really bad all the time... i brush and use listerine twice a day and still cant get rid of it. Is there any good products out there or any suggestions on what to do? I don't think gum would help that much.
Thanks
*Erica*

Hey erica well if you feel that your breath stinks really bad at times then brush your teeth like twice or 3 times a day like in the morning after lunch and at night before u go to bed and use listerine too more often and when you brush your teeth make sure you brush your tounge really good cause thats where all your spit and bacteria is in your mouth that might cause your breath to stink and floss your teeth and if you dont think that works carry around sum packages of gum i hope this helps for you bye

If you don't already floss. Floss could help you out a lot also there is another mouthwash that most dentists recomend. It's called Act. It's blue and you can get it a store nearby. If not go to the dentist and ask him if somethings up. You could have a virus or some kind of disease in your mouth. Your dentist could probably help you w/ your breath. Hope I helped! ~*AmAnDa*~

use Listerine mouthwash twice a day... ooo and try Extra Polar Ice Gum... & if that doesnt work
u might have Chronic bad breath aka halitosis. This is caused by germs that are found in the baQ of your mouth where your brush cant reach. Try using a tongue scraper. You can get that from your dentist or you can get it over the counter... Its like a squeegee it scrapes and wipes off bacteria from places that ur brush cant reach...

Maybe your breath doesn't really smell bad, you just think it does. If your really concerned, carry mints with you, and see your dentist cause it may be an infection. *JuLiA*
