Start getting really involved with your Church. Go on sunday nights and sunday mornings.. if you are a teen go to your church's youth group, start reading the bible more often, get a devotion book to do every day, and just pray to God and ask him to help you out!.. If you dont enjoy your church.. start visiting other places and find a church you really enjoy!

The purpose in becoming a Christian is to gain eternal life.. and go to heaven when you die. When you become a christian all the sins you commit and have commited will be forgiven!.. Eternal life means that you never die.. you may die and be buried but you go to heaven and live a great life.. and mentally never die!

Heyy! I am a 14 year old girl
I have a MAJOR problem... I have a boyfriend of almost 5 months and we are really happy! He was my first kiss...let alone that but we haev madeout and french kissed! which sounds like alot but when you see how happy we are you could see why we have done that! The only problem is our parents dont know and we dont plan to tell them any time soon...both of us arent supposed to have a gf/bf until we are 16 or 17.... we are seriously meant for each other and he says he loves me and i love him...i haev never felt this way!
WHAT SHOULD I DO! I dont know if we shoudl tell our parents or just wait to tell them...what would you do???? any advice would be helpful!

I would wait a little while.. You need to tell your parents that yall are dating.. but you dont have to tell them that you have kissed and made out and stuff. If your parents ask about your dating situation.. tell them, dont lie to them, but if they dont ask you about it just wait a little while to tell them.

No one knows when the world is going to end.. so dont believe what people are saying!!.. Yes, it may seem like the world will end.. but that doesnt mean it is.. I think that the things happening could be a sign.. but God says in the Bible that no one knows the coming or time of Jesus.. and that it will only happen when no one is thinking about it!!.. We will know when Jesus is coming.. so dont worry about it!

this may sound scary but lately i have these thoughts like a voice in my head saying im a satanist. i don't want to be and i try to force the thought out and think that god is my only one though it always comes back. i got this book and it had a list of all the warning signs of a satanist and i had all of them except for one. i think i am becoming a satanist. i also do witchcraft but i never did anything involving the devil. now all i can think about is becoming a satnist i need serious help. i am originally catholic. and i am a girl. Satan is tempting you.. and you need to draw close to God, He is the only one who can help you!.. Drop all this witchcraft and practices you are doing.. and go to church.. ask a pastor for help.. do everything you can do to draw close to God once again. I dont think you need to go to Catholic church.. try an Independent Church!!

ok to day i went to a bible study at school, I used to go to church and youth group but the youth minister left the church and i havent been back since....but anyway today when i was there things where really emotional...people were crying and they asked us to bow our heads and asked who wanted to be saved...the asked us to raise our hands and then the leaders came over and prayed over them...But I felt scared to raise my hand....Im regreting it now....I want God in my life but I'm afraid Ive missed my chance.

You dont have to have someone pray over you or be in a church to be saved.. all you have to do is pray to God!! You can just say a little prayer like this:
Dear God,
I know that I am a sinner, and that I need you in my life, Lord. I want to be able to call on you in my happy and sad times.. and be able to know you are there for me when I am going through tough times. I want to be able to know that I have eternal life, and will go to heaven and be by your side when I die. Lord forgive me of my sins of the past, come into my heart Lord God.. make my heart whole. I love you Lord!
In Jesus Name,Amen.
If you arent comfortable doing it yourself.. go back to church and after bible study ask them to pray with you!

Okay I really love to swim and cheelead but next year I will be a freshman and I will need to chose.. I love both.. but which one would be better for me?? I am 14 and I have a pretty busy life.. my sister is also a cheerleader and she quit swimming.. plz help me out.. but now i got to go to 7th hour in school.. thank you..

Maybe you should ask your sister about how she likes cheerleading.. and ask her if she wished she could have picked swimming.. and ask her what all you do in cheerleading and stuff!!

ok well i love sports,iv played sports for 7 years but anyways ever since about 2 months ago i have been gettin these really painful pains in my knees & achillies tendons(they hurt very bad) after i finish a sporting event(football game,track practice, e.t.c. I told my parents about it but they just said it will go away soon but it hasnt! my science teacher said they wher growing pains but i dont belive her.CAN ANY1 HELP ME! i'll rate 5

I had that problem! You need to go to the doctor.. it is like there is to much liquid in your knee.. and it hurts really bad.. you cant really bend it when you use it to a certain extent!... umm as for now just ice it.. and then you might want to go to the doctor and see if it is what some people may think it is!!

I like Head Rackets cause they are light and easy to swing around and stuff.. and Princes are good too.. they are kinda expensive though!.. I dont really like Wilsons even though they are popular.. some break to easily and are cheap!.. Thats my opionion.. I have a Head and have had it for about 3 years now.. and it is still really good!

ok it's me again, I just had another question, I'm 14,f, my bf is 14 and I'm a strong christian and I hav many beliefs, not having sex before marriage is one of them. My bf isn't a christian he is unitarian(which i dont really kno much about),but he knows im saving myself for marriage,and he wouldn't ever take advantage of me cuz he luvs me. Well I am really glad that you came to me with this! Thanks.. but anyways in the Bible it says you should marry/date someone with your own yoke. That means you should not date someone that isnt as strong in Christ.. or doesnt have the same religion in Christ. But that is good that he respects you.. but later on religion can cause agruments with the realtionship. I am not telling you that you should break up with him.. maybe you should try to convert you into a Christian. If he really loves you he might just do that! But I am glad you are saving yourself.. keep that decision!!

It says initarianism is the belief that God doesnt exist in three persons.. but one.It is a denial of the doctrine of the Trinity as well as the full divinity of Jesus. Therefore, it is not Christian. ... that is a really small explanation.. soo go to the website and read it!!

Sometimes God lets Satan tempt us to teach us a lesson or to punish us for what we have done. God didnt make that happen, he let it. And maybe he is still letting it go on so that you will call on him for help, and get closer to him. Or go to the bible and look for verses, there are many reasons why he wont stop it, but it is not because he just wants to watch you suffer. He loves you and made you and choose you as his own.. soo stick with him.. he isnt evil!!

Yes, i think it is classified as sin, yeah God gave us the right to make our own choices but that is for our own well being. God says that our bodys arent ours.. but his.. and we are his temples. So hurting it is displeasing to God. And also God made you the way you are.. and you should be happy that way, he wont make you ugly or fat if he knew you couldnt handle that. But I mean you can exercise and get in shape, but throwing up or not eating is not going to help you lose weight.

God doesnt care what you have done in your life.. unless you are his.. you have accepted him.. he sent his Son for you.. and he loves you no matter what!.. Just ask God for forgiveness and he will!..
