ok it's me again, I just had another question, I'm 14,f, my bf is 14 and I'm a strong christian and I hav many beliefs, not having sex before marriage is one of them. My bf isn't a christian he is unitarian(which i dont really kno much about),but he knows im saving myself for marriage,and he wouldn't ever take advantage of me cuz he luvs me. I was just wondering is it ok that he isn't a christian? Also, do u kno anything about unitarianism? thanks

Well I am really glad that you came to me with this! Thanks.. but anyways in the Bible it says you should marry/date someone with your own yoke. That means you should not date someone that isnt as strong in Christ.. or doesnt have the same religion in Christ. But that is good that he respects you.. but later on religion can cause agruments with the realtionship. I am not telling you that you should break up with him.. maybe you should try to convert you into a Christian. If he really loves you he might just do that! But I am glad you are saving yourself.. keep that decision!!

It says initarianism is the belief that God doesnt exist in three persons.. but one.It is a denial of the doctrine of the Trinity as well as the full divinity of Jesus. Therefore, it is not Christian. ... that is a really small explanation.. soo go to the website and read it!!

Okay, coming from a jew, I don't see a problem with is. I am soposaed to date jewish guys and out of my past 3, none of them have been jewish. All of them have been either Christian or Atheist. In Christianity many people believe that you should surround yourself with Christian friends for support but honestly there are alot of people who don't follow these rules. I do think it's really cool that you are honest with him, you should definately tell pepole ahead of time. I looked on a couple of websites about Unitarianism and I have found...Unitarian Universalism, a liberal religious tradition, encourages us to keep open minds, believing that personal experience, conscience, and reason should be the final authorities in religion.

I am not sure about utarianism but I think it is when they beleive in certain things from every belief. It is like joining all the beleifs into one huge one. I think that is what it is. I personally think it is fine to date people outside of the christian community. In the bible it says your partner should be the same as you are. But I interpert that as more of a marriage thing not dating. As long as he respecs you, I think it is perfectly ok. The whole utarianism thing....i think you should look it up on google or yahoo.
