I had that problem! You need to go to the doctor.. it is like there is to much liquid in your knee.. and it hurts really bad.. you cant really bend it when you use it to a certain extent!... umm as for now just ice it.. and then you might want to go to the doctor and see if it is what some people may think it is!!
I hope this helps!

Well, maybe you tore a tendon in your knee. Because my mom played sports in highschool and she tor a tendon in her knee and she had the same pains as you did. Or you could of just pulled a mucsel. Hope i helped!! ^_^ ]

you should see a docter it may be arthrites even if you are 13. something could also be wrong. my friend wants to know if you are hott, she is very pretty(she is 13) a 17 year old is trying to get her, so if you want her, come and get her. write back. ]
go to the doctor.. you might have fluids in your knees or maybe some kinda weird charlie horse / shin splints or something.. you could have multiple muscle strains which would require muscle relaxers like perscription celebrex.. but it got taken off the market so not that.. i would take a hot bath ice them heat them and icy hot that shit try to stay off it for a bit and your science teacher is a dumb bitch .. growing pains arent real.. flip her off haha jk.. but yeah hope i helped

Tell your parents that your tendons pain hasn't gone away. Put some ice where the pain is and ask your parents if there are any other ways to get rid of some pain. ]
TO: PAIN!
well i dont have much experience in medicine and pains like that since my participation in sports has gone down to a one-season-sport a year. if you reallie think that something is wrong with you then go ask your parents to take you to a doctor for a check up... i mean if its hurting THAT bad and just totally bugging you then why not? live it up for another week or another couple of days and if it STILL wont go away then definitely go to the doctors...ya noe? ]
i go through the same thing when i play sports. what i go to ease the pain, is to alternate between ice and heat, you could also take ibprophin, but if it gets any worse/doesnt help, i would see a doctor about it.

i know exactly what you're talking about! my knees felt the same way a few years ago - you need to go to either the trainer at your school or to the doctor. depending on where the pain is in your knees, it could be one of many things. my best advice is to ice them every day before practice if you can, and after too. make sure to stretch, stretch, and stretch. depending on the person, using a heating pad can help too. and finally, do some exercises that will build up the muscles around your knees, like wall sits. i hope i helped! if you have any more questions about this you can message me! ]
you may like sports but sports dont like you ]
i have those pains rite now actually and ther from cheering...i think they are just some weird thing that means your working too hard but w.e what i do is i get a heating pad and just put it where it hurts for about 20 mins and it goes away for few its a great relief...you prob kno what a heating pad is but if your dont put it on my feedback that you dont
hope i helped

You arent streching enough, and now you are hurting your muscles. Strech before anything.
Always there..

It might be growin pains or it might be pains from playing so many sports. Regardless of what it might be ask your coach, skool nurse, and/or your docter their answers mite be a little bit better that what your other teachers and parents say. good luck ]
they probobly are growing pains. maybe those heating pads will work or something. just try stretch ing then before you go to games and all. it might help. hope you feel better!
