Q: I just started cheerleading this year and it was really hard for me to do anything, like tumbling or stunting, because I have like no upper body strength. This is mostly because of my wrists, they're weak and crack a lot. I did gymnastics about a year ago but it made my wrists worse. What I want to know is, is there anyway for me to build up some arm strength so I can start doing gymnastics again?
