I am 13 and I play sports all the time get up at 6 in the morning to exersise and eat healthy and I still have a bulging gut! What can I do?

maybe you are doing the wrong kind of excersize for your needs. try changing your workout a little bit or do more sets. this should do the trick. as for everyone else, to hell with what they think! its your body and you shouldnt do anything for anyone but yourself! stay posative <3

push ur self and go to a gym and ask some one what they think and if they have any exercises for u to do!! i was the same way and Polites Videos worked!! and i am 13 now

I can't say I have a bulging gut becasue I don't, but I can say that if people are making fun of you.. they are making you the center of there lives.. so mayeb they have some problesm of there own that they are insecure abotu and don't want any1 to know about... so they focus the spotlight on you

To get rid of your bulging gut, you need to do abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups. These exercises should get rid of your gut.
