what is the best way to excercise to get rid of that pooch thing below your belly button? or your "love handels" ??? i need help! and is it true that little pooch thing sticks out more when your on your period? mine does i think

Exercise.
Crunches/sit ups about 100-200 a day every day. And swim for about an hour three times a week. ]

The best thing exercises you can do to get rid of them are sit-ups and crunches. Apart from that, you'll have to stick to the usual-healthy diet, etc. It should disappear in no time.

to get rid of "pooch thing" get OFF the computer and go take am jog or do some crunches =) hope i helped! xox Ariella ]
You can do crunches, yoga, and just trying to hold your stomach in all day. ]
