Dear advice giver, ( i am Female age 12)
I was really good friends with this guy for a long time. I started to like him as more than friend but didn't say anything about it to him. My friends (without asking) asked him if he would go to the dance with me. He said he had always liked me and he thought I was really hot and he wanted to ask me anyway. We had a great time at the dance and he kissed me afterwards. The rest of the week was great and he asked me out. It was perfect till a friend of mine who liked him ( i didn't know she did) lied to me about things he said and now we arn't going out. I still like him a lot but now he hates me. How can I get back together with him? Should I still talk to the girl who told the lies?

Well, if the girl who says she is your friend liked him, she should you how she felt. A way you can get back with him, is by telling him what really happened. He should understand and you should also talk with the girl that told him all these things. She isn't a real friend anyways. I don't think he hates you. He probably just doesn't understand what's happening, but if you bring him up to speed with what happened, I'm sure he will know what the problem is.

I have only been in one relationship before, and that was with a guy who was completely clueless about everything. That relationship really didn't last long.
But now there's another guy on the scene, and I am aware that he is a little more experienced.
I am very self-concious, I am not happy with my lower body (from the hips down really), and I'm not sure how comfortable I would be doing things with this guy. I really really like him, but I have never done anything beyond kissing before and I think this guy would want more.
What should I do? The relationship is in its early stages and I have made it clear that I want to wait, but for the time being it would be nice to have an idea of what I should do.
There is also the problem of me not knowing WHAT to do, which also contributes to the problem.
All advice welcomed.

If you already told him that you want to wait then he should understand. If you want my advice, you should go at a steady pace and see where it leads. If you're ready for a more serious relationship then you should tell him.

i was wondering, why are there so many groups in skool? like preps, goths, punks, metalheads, populars, secondary populars, loners, gunks(a mix of punks and goths), and just "others". it all just creates mayhem, like a popular cant go out with a goth, or they will loose all their friends. i think it is so stupid. can you explain to me why people must insist on putting people in different catigories? does it really matter?

I think its because people only want to hang around with people like them, and that to me is stupid. They don't really insist its kind of whats happening now a days and I agree with you that its all mayhem. It doesn't matter if there are groups or not.

How do you avoid a person that likes you but you dont like them back, not even as a friend. But it feels awkward to be around this person! And he just keeps followin you around and asks you if you like him or not and when i say NO then he asks me again and again and he wont stop until he heres the answar he wants but i wont give it to him! NEED ADVICE!!!

If he knows you don't like him, he needs to get that in his head. Sit him down and tell him you don't like him and if he keeps following you, ignore whatever he says.

My best friend and I got into a fight because she lied to me about why my boyfriend broke up with me. She actually told him she was in love with him and stuff like that.. since she KNEW he also liked her. And the reason she did that was to get him to break up with me.. all because of jealousy! Well.. she finally told me the truth.. AFTER she knew 2 other people told me. She thinks im mad at her for causing him to break up with me.. but im mad because she lied.. I tried to tell her that.. and she got really defensive and blocked me. Everytime i try to talk to her at school, she walks away from me.

She and I have been friends for a few years now. I hate for our friendship to end like hers and her other best friend's did. How can I talk to her? I tried appologizing and all she said was .. "Mhm Im sure you are". How can I make her realize we are both better off with each other?

Just write her a note explaining what she did, and why you are mad at her for it. She should really be the one apologizing if she broke you and your boyfriend up. Just tell her how you feel about what she did.

every1- i have a huggeeeee prob with my school dress code. for gradutiation and confirmation were expected to dress up. as for the dress, it has to cover shoulders! ive looked EVERYWHERE for a semi-formal dress with some kind of sleeves...plz tell me where to find one! 14/8th grade/f

On St. Patrick's Day it is my birthday. My family was planning to go to New York (I live in the Tri-state area so it's pretty close) to see the St. Patrick's Day parade (my brother is marching in it). The only problem is in my science class we will be disecting a heart. Even though it's kinda gross I really wanted to be there for it. So now I have to chose to either go to a parade tomorrow or on my birthday. What should I do? I honestly have no idea.

I think you should go to see your brother in the parade. There will be many more chances to see a heart being dissected. Besides, the parade will be fun. Specially if it'll be your birthday too. :)

ok well i love sports,iv played sports for 7 years but anyways ever since about 2 months ago i have been gettin these really painful pains in my knees & achillies tendons(they hurt very bad) after i finish a sporting event(football game,track practice, e.t.c. I told my parents about it but they just said it will go away soon but it hasnt! my science teacher said they wher growing pains but i dont belive her.CAN ANY1 HELP ME! i'll rate 5

Heyy everyone. I just got over a minor soore throat and a cold. But now I have a really really runny and atuffy nose. My throat is alot better, it just feels tight when i swallow. Is there anyway I can make this head cold go away before 7:00 tonight? thanks!

You can't rush your sickness away but there are ways to get them better. Sip on some water and put some of that vicks vapo-rub on and get some rest/

Move on. There are other fish in the sea. You never know what can happen. He may just be telling you that he likes you as a FRIEND so be really careful about what can happen/

I have a 36 year old son who is married with one child. For about a year he has slowly sunk into the depths. His wife has kicked him out of the house. He now lives in his truck. She tells me he is drinking heavily and smoking crack/crank. He refuses to get help. Definitely seek some help. My brother was in the same situation and I really look up to him. He may say he doesn't want help, but deep dowm he knows he needs it. He will thank you later in life for saving his.

21/f Here's the situation my fiancee's aunt (married in) is so annoying I just want to pop her in the mouth. She makes these assumptions about me and then gossips about me. Many people including my fiancee has told me that she thinks i am too "sassy". The problem is no one asked her opinion! I am tired of her lecturing me about things that she thinks are going on but they aren't. example: My fiancee and I disagree like all people do on some things. She says why are yall fighting about things that don't matter! WHAT FIGHT? And she takes people's opinions especially hers for truth.She has good sides but this overshadows the good in her. How do I get past this without knocking her out?!?

Okay so this year my class and i are all going to washington for an end of the year trip, And my bff asked me to room with her, but i dont really wnat to but i say yes anyways.
