My friend is a vegetarian and her reason is because she doesnt like meat. Alot of people who are vegetarians are vegetarians because they like animals. Another reason is because they kill the animal just so you can eat it, and alot of people are against that. ~LMS

You can run a couple laps a day. Make a special "Junk Food Day" Friday would good for junk food day. For break fast have a yogurt. Lunch have something light. Try not to drink alot of cafine. Put all your junk food in a cabinet and never go in it unless it your junk food day. ~LMS

Q: i think my best friend is either bulemic or anorexic. she weighs about 119 pounds, wears a size 0 jeans and she constantly goes on about how shes fat. My friend almost turned anorexic. I told her that she will be skinny but she will get hurt. Then she said But I will die skinny. I thought that was a bad attitude toward it. So you should try to talk to your friend about it and maybe she will confess. Dont tell any body until you acually find out what your friend is doing and then you will no when its time to tell. ~LMS
