Lunch have something light. Try not to drink alot of cafine. Nokomis answered Wednesday March 9 2005, 8:12 pm: I know this sounds simple but drink a lot of water. Take how much you weigh and divide it in half. This is how many ounces of water a DAY your body needs to function properly. It also makes you lose weight, sure you will end up peeing like a racehorse, but even if you don't end up losing as much as you'd like, your body will be so much healthier. Plus it stops you from drinking stuff like sodas. Hope I helped.
