How do I lose weight fast. What should I watch for in my food like how many calories or you know. How do I lose weight and get a tight stomach at home without buyin things like pills. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!1

No such thing as losing weight fast, sweetie! Drink alot of water, don't drink soda, don't eat candy. Eat alot of fruits and vegetables. Go to www.toneteen.com they have good work outs!

no such thing as losing weight fast. you have to be vigilent and not waver from your diet. excersise lots and eat well. good luck.

You can run a couple laps a day. Make a special "Junk Food Day" Friday would good for junk food day. For break fast have a yogurt. Lunch have something light. Try not to drink alot of cafine. Put all your junk food in a cabinet and never go in it unless it your junk food day. ~LMS

if you eat a healthy breakfast in the morning, it will speed up your matabalism for the whole day. and that means your food digests faster so you realize your not hungry. this keeps you from eating too much.

I know this sounds simple but drink a lot of water. Take how much you weigh and divide it in half. This is how many ounces of water a DAY your body needs to function properly. It also makes you lose weight, sure you will end up peeing like a racehorse, but even if you don't end up losing as much as you'd like, your body will be so much healthier. Plus it stops you from drinking stuff like sodas. Hope I helped.
