it depends...if u have been drinking diet coke then it shouldnt make a difference ..even thought seltzer makes u bloat..it wont make u gain wight. but if u have been drinking regular sodas (coke,pesi,sprike,MOUNTAIN DEW**,dr.peper,root beer)then u will stop gaining weight..so yea it will help u loose weight! ]

since soft drinks have a lot of sugar in them, and sugar turns into fat, then yeah it will help you loose SOME weight. But not a ton or anything! you still hafta exercise and eat healthy ]

Yep, it'll help a little bit just not a lot. That's one of the first steps to start losing weight. Sodas have a lot of calories and sugars. Hope I helped :) ]
It may aid in it, but there is still so much more u can do! You can start drinking milk (low fat) and eat yogurt.. and drink LOTS of water. U could also do crunches every night before u go to sleep so the food u ate for dinner isn't just sitting in ur stomach. But remember, eat ALL meals, and don't stop eating because that will actually slow ur metabolism, and u won't lose a thing. PLus, be active; pick up dancing, track, yoga, cheerleading, etc. There is TONS of activities to experiment with. Just keep moving ur body, and eat right. You'll do great!

its one of the things that can help yes but if you go off of them that doesnt mean youll lose weight i drink soft drinks all the time but you see everyones different so you'll have to go and test that out yourself.

I`m sure it will help, depending on how much soda you usually drink. It contains a TON of sugar, which results in fat. ]
umm i dont think so but if u drink milk it will help u lose weight cuz u get fuller faster from it.GOOD LUCK ]
