If 9th grade starts HS for where you live, it can be fun. My freshman year went by fast for me. It was really fun but freshmen usually get picked on by the upperclassmen alot.

9th grade is fun. You meet alot of new people... more freedom. It goes bye quickly.. so cherish it and have fun while it lasts!

9th goes by pretty fast. Its exciting and new. Only bad thing is some people will try to pick on you and call u a "fish" but just ignore them or something and they will stop

9th grades a pretty good grade.. at first i didnt like it, but after a while its pretty cool. you get to meet alot of new people, so thats a good thing. and yes, the year FLEW by for me!

yes, for me 9th grade was good...it was easy well compared to tenth it was and it went by very fast...it's your first year of high school so it's going to be different..just make sure to get involved, meet new people, and have fun...keep an eye on your studies too- you want to establish yourself in the rigth way..teachers talk- better to have them pass a good word about you on than a bad one =] hope i helped - good luck!

Hahah im going into it to and i just moved so i have no friends at this school and its highschool so im at the bottom... 9-12 and at my other school i was going to be at the top 7-9 but now im back at the bottom :(!! -trix best wishes!!

Hey,Well Every grade gets funner and funner every year thats how i think of going back to school..even thought im not in 9th but my bro is goin to 10th he said 9th was very fun funner than 8th grade mostly dont worry school always gos by fast for me..Good luck!

Every grade your in can be GREAT! Its really what you make of it! Just make sure to be a friendly nice person....and more people will like you! But be true to yourself, try not to into to others easily because then youll be taken on a rollercoaster of what others say! The only hard part would be getting situated, but honestly high school is so fun and goes by soooo fast! I just graduated this last year, and i already miss it! haha sp it make it the best four years of your life k! xoxo hope i helped~! rate me please thanks!

9th grade was a pretty fun year for me, I'm now gonna be in 10th and I know that in 9th grade there was a lot of drama! Like Seriously Just keep outta that and you'll be set. and my year went by so amazingly fast! enjoy high school before its over! Also Dont be scared of high school, i know i was like omg i'm so scared and the movies with the upper classmen throwing you in lockers and stuff... thats a bunch of bull! Never happens!

Each person has a different experience. It all depends on a variety of things: the other students, the teachers, the courses, the school itself, the extracurriculars, etc.
Where I live, we have a Freshman Center (that meaning we have a separate school where all the Freshmen attend classes) so I never knew what it was like to be at a school with a ton of older kids. My brother was a Freshman at the high school before they created the Freshman Center, and he said that while he never had a problem with hazing (the Freshmen being picked on by the upperclassmen) some of his friends did.
So like I said, there's no definite answer. The best advice I can give is typical and cliche, but do your best to enjoy it and do well in your classes and it should be a breeze.

9TH GRADE IS AN AWESOME GRADE! and saddly..it goes by WAY to quickly. before i knew it all of my senior freinds are goin off to college and now all my junior frends just have one year left!:( i try not to think negative about it tho..what happens happens and i'll always keep in touch with them! but yes..9th grade rules! i have to admit..i am glad im not a fish anymore..but stilL! its awesome! well if u need ne thing else just talk to me! love always..ally!

I just went though 9th grade. going to a new school where you know that there is going to be people 3 years older then you its going to be screy but it is also going to go by so fast but you have to keep your grades up and pay attion in class I never did and i failed 2 classes but if you do your homework and ask question you will be fine 9th grade is a blast!

It comes and goes extremely quickly. The people you meet in the beginning of high school are going to be with you for 4 years and these people will shape all of you high school experiences. Choose the right ones to spend it with.

9th grade is a good year. You do meet a lot of new people. And yes it does go by fast. Your four years in high school goes by before you even know it. So my advice to you is to do everything you can and make as many friends as you can. Also dont regret anything because if you do it will come back to haunt you. Trust me i regret not doing some stuff in high school that i wish i could do. HOpe my advice helps. Rate me.

Ah yes, freshmen year !! Freshmen year is nothing like middle school, you experiance a lot more freedom so enjoy it while it lasts because highschool isn`t that long. But it`s fun!! And yes it goes by EXTREAMLY fast!! =)

Just got out of it . . . I switched to a more challenging school for ninth grade, so on top of being high school, it was a bit of a shock at first. If you're in the public school system, though, I suspect that it's more or less the same as middle school.

I just went through it last year and it flew by. It's was all right, the teachers were more strict than the ones in middle school. I almost failed a couple of classes, but I hope you won't have that problem. =)

9th grade is a great grade. It was probably my best overall year of high school. It does go by quickly, so take advantage of every moment. Pay attention in class, meet new people and get involved on campus. You won't regret it and you'll back and think of how great your first year of high school was!

Yeah it's a good year but it's also stressful. You have all new classes in an all new school with all new people. You also go from being at the top of your middle school, to the bottom of your high school. Once you get used to the school and meet new people then it gets a lot better!!!! I dont know about your school but with mine getting involved (like a sport or something) really helps! especially since you meet new people! Hope I helped!! plz rate me

9th grade went by so fast for me !!! it was such an awesome year... i mean c`mon.. your first year of high school ! just don`t be nervous and live it up !!
P.S. upper classman aren`t scary at all !! they are really nice and helpful if you need anything !

9th grade for me was scary at first, cause you are the youngest in the school! but after the first week or 2 i started liking it...it went by just as fast as other grades! but high school altogether seems like it goes by to fast and you will miss it!!! so just try to have as much fun there as you can...and you will have a good time
