my sis moved out sometime after christmas. well she didnt exactly move out. shes was 17 at the time and she kinda ran away. but she stayed at her friends house during the last half of her senior year of high skool. now she is in college cuz shes taking summer courses. i miss her so much and only talk to her like every other day on the internet. what do i do? i miss her soo much and i dont know wut to do. i havent seen her alot this year. and it was her senior year which is important to some ppl. that and i feel like i wont see her anymore. wut can i do? Is it normal to have to change your pad every 45 min., because lately I've been having to change it about every 45 min., and like my whole pad is covered in blood,(sorry this is really gross!!), am i bleeding a little bit too much?? yeah its totally normal.. everyone`s periods are completely different and yours is just heavier ! i definately reccomend you use tampons... they work SO much better

your mouth will just be sore for a week or 2 after they put them on... like its tight ! eat soft foods like ice cream, smoothies, jello, milkshakes stuff like that ! after a while you get totally used to them though and they only are sore for a little bit after you get them tightened !

if i were you.. i wouldn`t bleach my arm hair because it could look bad with your skin tone or just turn out horribly wrong... if your arm hair bothers you then i just say shave it off ! lots of girls do it so it won`t be weird at all !

its completely possible for someone to love 2 people at the same time...but if she keeps going out with both of them one of them or both of them are bound to get hurt... so i think you should let her know that, and if the guys really love her too then they will understand if she has to break it off with one of them. but i think this is more her problem and she will just have to follow her heart ! and don`t worry too much about love.. you`re still young !
