im really depressed and i dont know what to do with myself both of my best friends whom i hang out with all the time both have boyfriends, but me being the ugliest friend does not. i feel really left out the thing is no guy will notice me because im not pretty and im not fat but im not skinny im 5"8 and i weigh about 175lbs ive stopped eating basically, trying to lose weight. i just want to be happy again how do i get some confidence???? i have none at all... please help i feel like the ugly duckling of the group (link)

first of all you should not have that low confidence in yourself, i went thew a stage like that and i understand its hard to take, even though u mite feel a certain way about urself u should not put yourself down like that, everyone is pretty in there own way no matter what, im shure you a beautifull girl, dont listen to what all those other people mite say about you, if you go aruond and start having confidence in urself, n not putting your head to the grounhd people will c u and reconize you,they will c tht you are a fun n sweet grl, it is hard to go threw this stage n ur life, but dont put urself down like that,so jus keep your head up and know deep down inside yourself that you are beautifull, and know that even though your friends have boyfriends that one day u will have one too, and he will luv u for who u are, not all what u look like, if u have faith n urself then u will succedd,

i straghten my hair with a CHI straightener (which is one of the best and really expensive ones) but i can never get my ends totally straight they always curl a lil bit...i was wondering if anyone knew something i cud do or something i cud put in it that would help...

i had the same problem for a long time to, since it already takes a long time to jus straighten your hair, i found it easy that for the ends if u blow dry ti a little bit and then run the straightner threw the very ends then it should work, but te curls at the end are cute to(hehe) so go for it!
