xoqtxo answered Monday July 5 2004, 5:21 pm: *hey sweetie*
i had the same problem for a long time to, since it already takes a long time to jus straighten your hair, i found it easy that for the ends if u blow dry ti a little bit and then run the straightner threw the very ends then it should work, but te curls at the end are cute to(hehe) so go for it!

FernGully answered Monday July 5 2004, 2:23 pm: Ah yes, the CHI. The CHI is a staple hair product for many and it works amazingly. As for the ends of your hair, they are the primary target of humidity which causes the curl in your hair. The end is the first part to curl. You can try using some hair spray on that section and holding the CHI in that spot a *little* bit longer (not too long because you might fry your hair). You might also want to try getting a spray bottle with water inside and getting your hair a little bit damp on the ends before using the CHI on those spots. Cammie answered Monday July 5 2004, 1:04 pm: Well...I think that xohannah does have a point! I have at $40 straightener, and it makes my hair so soft, and really straight. Obviously it's the Chi straigtener not that amazing since it's called a STRAIGHTENER and you're hair is curling! BUT, try this...you could just have really curly hair:
Try using a curl-relaxer (like John Frieda's Wind-Down Relaxing Creme) when your hair is damp. Blow-dry your hair straight, then seperate your hair into sections. (Like bottom layer, middle layer, and top layer). Then spray each section with straightening hair-spray, and straighten with your (well of course) straightener going slow and not spending too much time on one part. After you straighten, give it that section time to cool off, and make an anti-frizz cream on your ends so that you don't get any curliness. :) I hope I helped! Please rate me!
MissJ1414 answered Monday July 5 2004, 10:20 am: put a little gel or mouse or something in your hair b4 you staighten it. Go over each section of hair serval times. Make sure your doing it when your hair is dry.
Ashley answered Monday July 5 2004, 3:39 am: I'm not totally sure that much about CHI Straighteners since my hair is luckily naturally straight. If I were you try using it again then spray your hair with some hairspray. If it doesn't work its a piece of **** and you need to try something else.
