if thats all your eating then yes..its not good your not getting all the nutrients that you need like you need to eat meat,fruit, and breads.. maybe you could eat like 3 salads with like chicken in it and maybe some fruit and have like a little thing of bread..even though thats not a lot but you should eat something healthy or go see a doctor

Starving means that you don't eat anything. But if your eat a salad a day, that's 'limiting' yourself. It's just very unhealthy..

yes, and you aren't only just starving yourself, you are depriving yourself of vitamins and stuff that helps you grow.. that could be really really damaging to your body. you know, if your body doesnt get the right stuff it eats away at yourself and could cause death? think about it.

u arnt starving urself because u r eating sumthing but u have to start eating 3 meals a day and make sure u eat fruits and vegtables and drink sum water and oj for calcium!

I have heard that a healthy diet consists of eight small meal (about the size of your fist) throughout the day. It might sound like a lot, but it's helped me keep a constant, healthy weight. If you think you need to lose weight, then try eating healthy, small meals, and also working out.

But one salad is not going to help you. If you starve yourself all day, and then eat one salad then your matabolism is going to be all messed up, and even that little salad will make you gain weight, because, you wont be used to having food in your stomach. Does this make sense?

You can have more than that! Just take what you eat everyday and break it in half! So you can eat more just be careful on what you pick and how much you eat! Also drink a lot of water!
